How can I reach someone to assist me with Lost and Found

On Sunday 5-1-2011, I arrived on a Southwest flight and picked up my bag in minutes. I had an issue with security and that was solved in minutes. My car was parked on the 2nd level in Long Term parking. I approaced the walkway to the parking lot and found it closed. I had to walk to the other end of the airport to get to the lot. Why wasn't there a signs stating that the lot was closed at this end of the airport so please use the entrance at the other end. you missed the boat on that one. how hard would that have been. My second issue is that I took the elevator to the second floor and the overhead sign reads 3. That sign needs to be changed to read 2nd level. can only tell you that between my airline and security, i was finished tin ten minutes. It was the airport itself that held me up for over 20 minutes, What;s wrong with that picture.
