- Emergency / Medical Services at Albany ALB Airport
Dial 9-1-1 for emergency or medical assistance. Also, the Albany International Airport Information Center can direct you to emergency and medical services. It is located on the first level of the terminal between the ticket and baggage claim areas. The Information center is open Monday-Friday 6AM - 11PM, Saturday and Sunday from 7AM - 11PM. You may reach the Information Center at 518 242-2200 or 518 242-2299.

Escalators/Elevators:
Escalators and elevators provide quick access to boarding gates located on the second level next to the ticket counters.
Wheelchairs:
Wheelchairs are provided free of charge for travelers using the Albany International Airport. Wheelchairs, and wheelchair assistance are available from Sky Caps or by contacting your airline representative.
Wheelchairs are also available at the Information Desk located on the first level of the terminal.
Hearing Impaired/TDD Telephones:
The Airport also provides a TDD telephone device to assist the hearing impaired. TDD phones are located throughout the terminal and are clearly marked with the recognizable "hearing impaired" sign. An additional TDD is located at the Reservation Center in the Baggage Claim area.
