Business Services include: Airline Lounges, Waiting Lounge, Wireless Internet, Public Telephones/Multiphones, Communications Center, Previum, CNN TV, Meet & Assist, Cell Phone Rentals.
1. Airline Lounges: Contact the information desks in the departure and arrivals level or your airline directly.
2. Waiting Lounge, located in the arrivals hall - "Het Airport Business Point" is a waiting lounge at Schiphol Plaza where business travelers and their drivers can meet, with a separate waiting place for chauffeurs. It offers wireless internet and optional use of the exclusive car parks situated close to the terminal. Location: arrivals hall 2; open 7 days/week, 6am-10pm. For more information, contact Mr Dhr. J. 3. Wireless Internet LAN provides Internet.
4. Public telephones / Multiphones - (SMS, e-mail, surfing the Web) are at various locations in the lounges and near the gates.
5. Business Meetings at Schiphol - located on Exchange Avenue and Regus Skyport:
(a) The "Exchange Avenue" conference center, located on the third floor, above Departures 1, offers six meeting rooms accommodating up to 80 people, 4 board rooms accommodating up to 14 people, and 2 rooms with completely flexible layouts. (b) The "Regus Skyport" Meeting Center is located right alongside the arrival/departure hall and is therefore ideal for meetings with international groups. 6. Communication Center: Connect to the Internet using Wi-Fi and LAN connections, send faxes, make phone calls, take advantage of the mail services, and use the mini-offices. (see also "Internet"). 7. Previum - a fast-track border passage with the aid of iris scan, priority parking and business class check-in.
8. CNN Airport TV with Network programs are located in the lounges and near the gates.
9. Meet & Assist: The "Accompany" staff will arrange a warm welcome for an important business associate or VIP at Schiphol - right at the door of the aircraft, guide them through passport control and the baggage reclaim area in a fast and efficient manner and will be there at the departure of your guests if you so wish.
