KLM/Delta to Easyjet connection time?Feb 27, 201311In a few days I will be flying from Boston on Delta/KLM and arriving at Schiphol at 7:40 a.m. I have a flight to London Southend on Easyjet which leaves at 9:55 a.m. However, there is no baggage agreement between Delta and Easyjet. Is this enough time for me to go through customs, get my bag, and go to the other side of the airport and check in at the Easyjet desk?Mikeposted on Tue, Feb 26[ Reply ]1 person likes this post [ Like ]Your transfer time at AMS should suffice: On Arrival at AMS all passengers need to go through Passport Control (follow the signs for 'Baggage Hall' on ground level); go through passport control and poceed to the baggage belts. Claim your bags & go through Customs for security. Thereafter take your bag to the Departures level and check them in with EasyJet. NOTE: Arrivals 1 & 2 areas lead up to Departures 1 & 2; and Arrivals 3 & 4 lead up to Departure 3. Departures 1 uses the B, C & D gates; Departures 2 uses the E gates; Departure 3 uses F, G, H & M gates. (Arrivals 1 & 2 and Arrivals 3 & 4 are on opposite sides of the center.) Gate-to-Gate transfers: B & C gates are at the very right end of the bow-shaped terminal; north of it are the C gates arranged in a Y-shape; around the bend are the E gates, followed in the center by the F gates; right thereafter is entry to the G, H & M gates (G gates are to the right, H & M gates to the left). Walking time from the entry of B or C gates all the way over to the entry of G, H or M gates would take about 15 mins.wefeb13posted on Wed, Feb 27

Gates and Terminal info pleaseFeb 27, 201310Can anyone tell me which terminal my KLM flight from Edinburgh on 4/3/13 will stop at, as I have to connect to the KLM Cape Town Flight and I need to know which terminal and gate number it would leave from. Appreciate your help. Thank you.Godfrey Mposted on Tue, Feb 26AMS has one passenger terminal. On Arrival at AMS: All passengers need to go through Passport Control - follow the signs for 'Baggage Hall' & 'Arrivals Hall'--if applicable; then go through passport control and poceed to the baggage belts in the baggage hall (ground level). Claim your bags & go through Customs for security check and re-check-in your bag. NOTE: Arrivals 1 & 2 areas lead up to Departures 1 & 2; and Arrivals 3 & 4 lead up to Departure 3. Departures 3 also access to D gatesFeb 21, 201310This article says Departures 3 provides access to F, G, H and M gates. I would like to point out that it also provides access to D and E gates (for example British Airways check-in is at row 17 in Departures 3; upon going through passport control into the airside, BA passengers must walk quite a long way around to the D pier, from which many BA flights depart, and which is actually situated behind Departures 2).pb65posted on Thu, Feb 21

Dxb-Ams-HelDec 20, 201223Hi, I'm arriving from Dubai with Emirates to Ams and have a connection flight to Helsinki with KLM, time between flights is 1 hour: Will I make it and which concourse for Emirates/KLM. Thank You for Your helpWincentposted on Wed, Dec 19We are flying from london on 29th january arriving onKLM flight at 0905 and transferring to flight for Quito at 1005 What gate do we arrive, what gate do we depart, andwill we have time. we hope to check baggage through to Quito in London.Nobleposted on Thu, Dec 202 people like this post [ Like ]While AMS does not list airlines by location, I strongly I suggest you open www.ifly.com/ams - then click on 'Terminal Map' under QUICK LINKS and scroll down to the detailed text. Your ticket should indicate which gates you arrive at & depart from. It is most important that you find out if Emirates will transfer bags to KLM - if not, you would have to take your bags on arrival to the KLM check-in desk first. One hour under normal circumstances should suffice.thdec12posted on Thu, Dec 201 person likes this post [ Like ]

will I be able to make it?Dec 15, 201233I just bought a ticket from KLM travelling from LA to Sofia (Bg) with a stop in Amsterdam. The flight from Amsterdam to Sofia is carried out by Bulgaria Air but they have a contract with KLM and will take care of my lagguge. What worries me is that on the way back I will Have only 50 minutes to make the connection. I called KLM representative and he assured me that that's enough time but I still worry. Will I make it?mushi_mushiposted on Fri, Dec 141 person likes this post [ Like ]I strongly suggest you open www.ifly.com/ams then click on 'Terminal Map' under QUICK LINKS and scroll down to the detailed text. Pay attention to Arriving Passenger procedures & flight transfers & times, as well as terminal layout. 50 mins can be a very close call, depending on the lines.sadec12posted on Sat, Dec 151 person likes this post [ Like ]

Finding Baggage Claim and Train StationDec 12, 201221I will be arriving in Amsterdam in January and am a bit nervous as I don't speak any Dutch. Are the baggage claim/customs/the train station easy to locate? I'm assumimg there will be ample signage!dakotadawn1posted on Tue, Dec 11There is no need to worry. It is impossible to miss baggage reclaim and the trains, not least since there are more English signs than Dutch signs.mfkneposted on Tue, Dec 111 person likes this post [ Like ]

transfer timeDec 10, 201210we arrive from Bordeaux France and have 55 minutes to make a connecting flight to the US. Which concourse will we arrive on Delta and which concourse leaves for Minneapolis. Will we be able to make our connectionlindyposted on Sun, Dec 9You will have to go through passport control, & may have to pick up bags & go through customs clearance. Note that Arrivals 1 & 2 areas lead up to Departures 1 & 2; and Arrivals 3 & 4 lead up to Departure 3. Departures 1 uses the B & D gates; Departures 2 uses the E gates; Departure 3 uses F, G, H & M gates. (Arrivals 1 & 2 and Arrivals 3 & 4 are on opposite sides of the center.) Walking time from the entry of B or C gates all the way over to the entry of G, H or M gates would take about 15 mins. The overhead screens (and your boarding pass) will indicate connecting gate. At MSP, Delta uses Terminal 1's Concourses A - G with corresponding gate number. You should arrive at the Interantinal Concourge G (gates 1-22).modec12posted on Mon, Dec 10

Go through passport control and poceed to the baggage belts in the baggage hall (ground level). Claim your bags & pass with them through Customs for security check.
