Is 1 hr 25 min enough time to make a connecting flight? I am flying Delta 9668 (Operated by KLM) from Munich to Amsterdam, then transferring to Delta 9374 (Also operated by KLM) to Atlanta. Thanks

Yes, that should be plenty of time, you will go through schengen exit passport control and security at your departure gate.

Thank you for your answer. It eases my mind.

I have 1hr 30 mins to get from Delta (from DTW) to KLM (to Madrid). Do I have enough time and do I need to go to a transfer desk?

No, you shouldn't need to go to the transfer desk. If both tickets were purchased together your bags will be checked through and you will be issued both boarding passes in Detroit. That should be plenty of time to make your connection. You will go through Schengen passport control and security as you enter the Schengen pier of the terminal

I am considering a flight on Delta from Barcelona to Seattle with a 1 hour layover in Amsterdam. Is 1 hour enough time? Both flights are on Delta and our luggage will be checked through to Seattle from Barcelona.

Yes, 1 hour should be enough time. You will have to go through Schengen exit passport control and security but AMS is a very efficient airport.

Can you please tell me the average time to pass through immigration (international traveller) and do a baggage transfer with a Delta flight arriving 1pm. The ongoing flight is also with Delta out of terminal 4. Thank you

Minimum connection time is 90 minutes but I would prefer to have 2 hours.

Hi! I am flying from Detroit to Athens, with a 2-hour layover at AMS. All flights are Delta. Is two hours enough layover time? I understand I have to go through Passport Control to enter the Schengen Pier of the terminal, but I don't believe I will have to re-check my bags.

You have the process correct. You should have plenty of time.

Flying PDX-AMS-PRG (3.5 hours overlay) Do I go through passport/immigration control in AMS or at final destination in PRG only? Thank you!

Yes, since you are entering the Schengen Area as both Amsterdam and Prague are within its borders, you will go through Schengen passport control in Amsterdam when you enter the Schengen pier of the terminal. You have plenty of time to make your connection.

Could anyone tell me if, as a Canadian flying to Rome via Amsterdam, we have to collect our bags and go through airport security? There is a flight available with a 1 hour 15 minute connection. I think it's doable but only if I don't get stuck collecting my bags and waiting in line. Thanks so much!

You will not have to claim your bags. You will just go through Schengen Passport control as you enter the Schengen wing of the terminal for your Rome flight. Lines are usually short. You should have enough time.

Yes, that should be plenty of time. Since you are not entering the Schengen area you only have to go from your arrival gate to your departure gate and go through security.

Next month I am flying from Atlanta on Delta 72 arriving at Schiphol at 8:15 a.m. I have a connecting flight on Delta 446 to Mumbai departing at 9:15 a.m. Are these flights in the same terminal? Do I have sufficient time to make this connection?

Amsterdam only has one terminal. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate and go through security. You should have enough time.
