MY DAUGHTER ARRIVING ON RYANAIR AND I AM ARRIVING ON BRITISH AIRWAYS AT ABOUT THE SAME TIME...WHERE IS BEST PLACE FOR HER TO MEET ME?
I'm flying with Delta to Amsterdam as my final destination from the United States. Once my plane lands do I go directly to the baggage area then meet my friend or where do I go? This is my first time flying to Europe.Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Traveling on single ticket booked with Delta/KLM with one hour fifteen minute connection time at AMS. Do we exit plane and go direct to our connecting flight w/o dealing w/immigration and customs and is this enough time?
My flight is from US to Turkey. My question is that do I need to pick up my luggage in Amsterdam regarding security regulation of luggage
If both flights are on the same reservation then all you have to do in Amsterdam is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
This is my first flight outside of the U.S , I'll be flying on Delta direct flight from U.S.A to Amsterdam but I'm not sure where to go once my plane lands. A friend is to meet at AMS but as of this moment my landing gate has not been given. So my question is once landing where do I go?
I was told that I do not go to the passport desk but just baggage area. I'm now very confused...
You won't find out your arrival gate until the day of your flight. If you are ending your trip in Amsterdam you just follow signs to baggage claim/ ground transportation/exit. You will go through Schengen Entry Passport Control in order to access the baggage claim.
Thank you for the clarification. So I just get off the plane and head to the Delta arrival baggage area?
There are 4 lounges on each floor.I have jet airways flt from AMS to India.
How to find lounge no 52?
Pl help urgently since lounge nos are very confusing.
I will be arrivng from the US and my friend will be arriving from Croatia at the same time (10:30) . Will we both be going to the same baggage claim area, and can we meet there? Or will it be better to meet outside?
My question is then, where would be the easiest place to meet?
It's probably best to meet outside. Meet in the rail station.
Thanks for your suggestion of the rail station as the best place to meet someone. Where in the rail station is the best location? Thanks!
Hello.. I have a quick Question...
My Situation is: I am travelling to India from USA through Amsterdam in June (Indian National).. MY to be Fiancee is in Amsterdam (Indian National).... We are planning to meet at the AMS airport.. She has valid Netherlands work visa... Also has valid Europe and UK travel visa... I do not have a any other visa than USA nor wish to apply for Europe right now..
The question is: If she comes to airport with booking any local or UK flight, will she be able to meet me at the gate(considering US and other countries terminals may be different)?? If she doesn't board this flight and go back to Amsterdam will there be any issue with her immigration??
The only way she could see you is if she booked a UK flight or somewhere else directly outside the Schengen Area. Otherwise she will be restricted to the Schengen Pier in Amsterdam.
I am arriving SQ 324 at 7:15am from Singapore and have a Vueling connection to Barcelona VY8301 at 10.10 do I have enough time with checked baggage?
That will be really difficult, but not impossible if everything goes perfectly.
I am arriving on a Delta flight from US at 8:45 AM and need to catch an 11:20 Air Croatia flight. They are two seperate tickets. Is that enough time to make the connection? Can I check in for the Air croatia flight at the gate or do I need to go out to the ticketing desk?

Thanks
That should be enough time. If you have no checked bags then yes, you can check in at the Croatia Airlines transfer desk or gate.
