Main Terminal / Concourses at Antalya Havalimani AYT Airport
Antalya Airport has two passenger terminals T1 & T2 - the International Terminals T1 & T2 and the Domestic Terminals T3 - connected by a shuttle bus.
The International Terminal 1 has three levels: The Ground level is partitioned into Arrivals with Baggage Claim Hall & Departures with Checkin Hall; Level 1 is the Arrivals level with passport control; Level 2 is the Departures level with gate areas.
The new International Terminal 2 opened late March 2013.
The Ground level houses the Arrivals hall with baggage claim with access to departure bus gates, and the check--in hall with check-in counters;
Level 1 houses both Arrivals with Passport Control, and Departures with access to gates.
Level 2 is the departure area with access to the gates.
Mezzanine level has a CIP lounge.
Domestic Terminal 3:
the Ground Level is the arrivals level with baggage claim hall and bus gate area, as well as the Departure check-in Hall.
Level 1 houses the departure gate area.
The small CIP terminal which caters to VIP travelers, ensures privacy and special privileges and offers a meeting room. (For detailed terminal information, click on 'Terminal Map'.)
Amenities and services inside the terminals: Both the International Terminal 1 and the Domestic Terminals offer an array of services:
Information desks attended by multi-lingual staff (English, German & Russian) are located in the Departure hall opposite the security checkpoint, and in the Arrivals hall opposite the Baggage Belt 1. The Tourist Welcome Desks in the Arrivals areas of the terminals is staffed by tour operators. For food & drink, you can choose from cafes, fast-food establishments, bars and restaurants.
Duty-free shops are in the Arrival and Departure areas of T1, T2 & the CIP Terminal, offering brand name merchandise and a multi-lingual staff. ATM cash machines from international banks are strategically placed; a full-service bank branch of the Garanti Bank is open 24/7, and the currency exchange offices are in the Arrivals halls of T1.
A Post Office is in the Departure hall across from check-in desks in T1, open Mon-Fri, 8am-12pm & 1pm-5pm.
Baby rooms are in both terminals - four in Terminal 1, near gate escalators and the gate area and in the Arrivals hall near baggage belt 1, and one in the Domestic terminal.
For children 3-5 yrs old the gate area of the Departure Hall offers a Kids Playground.
For Lost & Found contact ICF Airports in the check-in hall - dial 1109; for lost baggage (THY passengers only) call THY at 1503; for items lost on the airplane contact either: Havas in the Arrivals hall call 1614; or Celebi call 1621.
Baggage wrapping is available in the Departure hall of T1.
A Prayer Room is open 24/7.
