It is suggsted that you arrive at the terminal no later than 75 minutes prior to your scheduled flight departure.

The passenger terminal at Austin Straubel International Airport, which opens daily at 4am, has Concourses A with Gates A1-A6 & Concourse B with Gatess B1-B6. The terminal houses rental car agencies, an ATM machine, a restaurant/lounge, and a gift shop; free WiFi connection is available throughout the terminal. Concourses A and B both have a family area, a Skybox Lounge, vending machines and a business center equipped with desks, chairs and telephone with datapoints for computer connection, and internet access. If you need to pick up an arriving passenger at GRB Airport, use the Cell Phone Lot located on the right-hand side of the main entrance road, shortly after the Airport entrance. Stay with your vehicle until your party calls you for pickup at the curb.

Other parking options at Austin Straubel Airport include: Long- and short-term parking, available directly in front of the terminal, with four entrances to the long-term parking lot and two entrances to the short-term parking lot. When entering, take a ticket, park and pay upon exit by either an automated credit card exit or a staffed booth. Disabled parking is available in the long-term and short-term parking lots.
