Public telephones with TDD devices throughout the airport. TDD phones are also at the Concourse C Information desk and the Welcome Center desk.
Visual Paging for the Hearing Impaired
Visual paging monitors are at the lower and upper levels at all concourses. Contact Communications at 410-859-7111 or toll-free 1-800-I-FLY-BWI to display a message. The message will be displayed on the screens for the hearing impaired passengers.
Lift-Equipped Buses
Shuttle service to parking lots and railroad station can be provided by lift-equipped buses. Notify the shuttle bus operator, First Transit (410-684-3346), to request a wheelchair accessible shuttle bus. It takes a few minutes to send a this type of bus.
Unisex Bathrooms
Bathrooms especially equipped for people with disabilities and to use them with/without attendant. Before security, there is only one unisex bathroom, located behind the Concourse D ticket counters.
Wheelchair Service
Wheelchairs can be obtained with or without a skycap by contacting one of the skycaps or an agent. Call 410-859-7111 or toll-free 1-800-I-FLY-BWI and have them page a skycap with a wheelchair from the traveler's airline.
Parking
Handicapped parking is available in all BWI Parking Facilities.
