There are some agencies that can help you arrange for a van. I would guess it might cost a few hundred USD. It's a 4-5 hour trip. You could also fly - Aeromexico fares are about $139 USD per person one way right now. Mexican LCC Interjet also flies the route and might be cheaper.

On arrival at Terminal 2 of MEX Airport - after going through customs - you can catch the long-distance buses at the Ground Bus Terminal located at the side of T1 & T2, in the international section, to destinations like Cuernavaca, Puebla, Queretaro etc. The Ground Bus Terminal also offers a VIP lounge, internet, resting areas, conference room, reading sections, fast food & shops, as well as currency exchange. A ticket office for 'Foreign Buses' is on the Ground Floor. Can't tell you if buses leave after 7pm. Try to e-mail the airport at comentarios@aicm.com.mx

SURELY ABOUT USD 400 or USD 500,I THINK YOU SHOUULD TAKE A BUS ,IT LEAVES FROM INSIDE THE AIRPORT THE COMPANY IS CALLED "PRIMERA PLUS" AND GOES TO QUERETARO , FROM THERE YOU CAN TAKE ANOTHER BUS OF THE SAME COMPANY OR A USD 50 CAB RIDE

I WANT TO ADD SOMETHING: THERE WILL BE NO BUSES AT 1 AM ,ANYWAY IT WOLD BE CHEAPER (AND SAFER) TO STAY THE NIGTH IN THE HOTEL CONNECTED TO THE AIRPORT AND TAKE THE FIRST BUS AT 530 AM THERES ONE EVERY HOUR) IN THE BUS TAKES 2and a HALF HOURS TO QUERETARO AND THE BUS ITSELF IS EXCELLENT ,MUCH BETTER THAN THE US
