Baby-changing facilities - located at:
Terminal 1 - situated on the first floor near Burger King and also in the Departure Lounge.
Terminal 2 - located in the departure lounge and adjacent to Arrivals on the ground floor.
Business Lounges located at:
Terminal 1 - Lounges managed by handling agents Aviance and Servisair have facilities for their airlines, with business services in each lounge. For booking information visit the Servisair Business Lounge Booking site.
Terminal 2 - Lounges managed by handling agents Flybe and 4Deck have facilities for Air France and KLM on the departure lounge (Flybe Executive Lounge and 4Deck Lounge).

Novotel is a AA three-star hotel, located at Birmingham Airport, directly opposite of Terminal 1--walking distance of car parks--and adjacent to the NEC. A free SkyRail service runs every 90 seconds, linking the hotel with the railway station, the Airport terminals, and NEC. Amenities include 195 bedrooms, WiFi wireless Internet access, the new "Elements Restaurant and Bar", meeting rooms, and pay parking right next door.
Note: Novotel has no vehicle access, you need to park your car first at one of the multi-storey car parks 1, 2 or 3 before heading for the hotel.

2. If you lost an item inside the terminal, free of charge for first 24 hours then charges as :
£5.00 item/month (normal stuff)
£20.00 item/month ( valuable stuff such as : laptop, mobile phones,..)
