Traveler Assistance
Airport Police Officers in the terminal building are always ready to help disabled or aged passengers. Skycaps at the main entrance are another good resource for helping passengers. And white courtesy phones in the terminal buliding can be used to connect passengers to Airport Operations staff who will do their best to assist them while boarding flight.

Accompanying Passengers to/from the Gate
Passengers must obtain a gate pass at the ticket counter of the airline on which the person is flying to accompany a solo traveler with special needs (such as an unaccompanied child or an elderly or disabled passenger). Please note that only one person may be allowed to accompany the special-needs passenger to or from the gate.

Parking
Parking for disabled persons is located in Short Term and our Economy Lots parking area in airport.

Free wheelchair shuttles are accessible in every 5-10 minutes from their Economy Lots to and from the terminal building.

Wheelchair or Sky Cap Service
For wheelchair or sky cap service, please use any of the white courtesy phones located throughout the terminal to contact an airport operator for assistance.

Text Telephones (TTYs)
TTYs for the deaf or hard of hearing can be found in the main terminal building and in each concourse.
