Main Terminal / Concourses at Boise BOI Airport
The passenger teminal at Boise Airport consists of three levels, with Concourse C on the first level and Concourse B on the second level.
The first level of the passenger terminal is the Arrivals level with direct access to the parking garage, elevated roadway and passenger pick-up area outside. It also houses desks for seven on-airport rental car agencies, a hotel reservation board, a chapel, a business center and an information desk.
Concourse C is separate with Gates C1 to C12 and includes a business center and a coffee shop.
The second level of the passenger terminal is the Departure level and also offers access to the parking garage and elevated roadway & passenger drop-off. Inside is the ticket counter, ATM machines, meeting point, and security checkpoint leading to the food court and to
Concourse B with Gates B10 to B22.
The third Level houses Airport, Police & TSA offices, and the Snake River Conference Center.
