If picking up a passenger at the Airport, you can use the new & free Cell Phone Waiting Lot located on Light Lane (parallel to Route 75, the Ella Grasso Turnpike), near the intersection of Route 75 & Schoephoester Road (which posts signs for the lot); from the lot it takes only minutes to the passenger terminal.  Note that the lot is equiped with Qucik Response (QR) code allowing you smart phone to scan the code and e connected to the latest flight arrivals.  Stay with your car until your party has collected bags & calls you to be picked up at the terminal curb.
