Brussels BRU Airport-to-City Shuttles & Transfers
The following provide convenient Brussels Airport shuttle service to/from Brussels BRU Airport and the locations in the greater Zaventem area. Most shared-ride airport shuttles also offer residential door-to-door airport shuttle van service for anywhere in the area.

BY BUS: The bus station is located on level 0 - one floor down from the arrivals hall - and can be easily reached by using the escalators or elevators. In the middle of the bus stations are three platforms:

1. De Lijn Bus Lines: - (Tel: Tel. +32 70 22 02 00)
Bus company De Lijn operates express bus services to railway station Brussels North (line 471), NATO (line 471) and the Brussels underground station Roodebeek (line 659). Moreover De Lijn also operates regional services to Mechelen (lines 681, 682 and 683), Leuven (651 & 652), Vilvoorde (281, 282 & 683), Merchtem (821), Brussels North station (272), Jette (820), Brussels Expo (820), Haacht (272), Diegem (272 & 282), Roodebeek (359), Groenendaal (830), Kapelle-op-den-Bos (621) etc.

Brucargo is served by bus lines 272, 616, 651, 652, 659, 681, 682, 683, 820, 821 and 830.

All De Lijn services that run via Brucargo depart from platform B; the other De Lijn services depart from platform A.

De Lijn buses running between bus stops within the airport limits is FREE.

2. MIVB/STIB - Tel. 32 70 23 20 00 - All MIVB/STIB buses depart from platform C.

The Airport Line is an 30-minute express service between Brussels Airport and the European quarter, at a stone's throw from the uptown shops.
Number 12 serves major stops, Mo-Fri, until 8pm;
Number 21 serves all stops after 8 pm weekdays, and Sat/Sun/Holidays.

10-trip fare: € 21.00

BY TRAIN
The airport train station is located below the terminal (basement level-1). Up to 4 trains an hour connect the airport to Brussels North, Brussels Central and Brussels Midi stations.

BRU Hotel Shuttles
Many hotels around Brussels Airport offer complimentary shuttle service to/from their facility. In most cases, hotel shuttles are located outside of BRU airport baggage claim.

Most hotels in the vicinity of the airport provide free shuttle buses. These buses pick you up or drop you off on the coach park on level 0 platform E. Contact your hotel of choice for further details.

located opposite the passenger terminal and the only hotel on airport premises. No need to take a shuttle--just cross the street to your hotel.

16 hotels in varios price ranges are located in the airport vicinity, most of which offer free shuttle service (marked by *). Hotel shuttles depart from the coach park (level 0). All other hotels can easily be reached by cab or by public transport.

BRU Inter-terminal Shuttles
Intra-terminal shuttles provide free connections between terminals as well as to parking and rental car facilities.
Shuttle service is available from the Long-Term QPark to/from the Passenger Terminal every 15 minutes.

Shuttle van/limo Tipping Etiquette:
- Shared ride shuttles: if you’re taking bags and the driver helps you loading/unloading them, its appropriate to give the driver a few bucks for his/her efforts.
- Sedans/limos: the most appropriate form of tipping is a percentage of the fare, usually around 15%. Drivers derive much of their income from tips and usually deserve a gratuity if their service was satisfactory.
