The Public Car Park - Short & Long-Term Parking: Located adjacent to passenger terminal. This is an automated car park run by Wilson Parking. On entry you are given a ticket. Take it with you and use it to pay when you leave the Airport. Fees:
First 2 hrs - $3;
2 to 4 hrs - $6;
4 to 6 hrs - $8;
6 to 7 hrs - $10;
7 to 8 hrs - $11;
8 to 9 hrs - $12;
9 to 10 hrs - $13;
Daily max (24 hrs) - $14;
Each add'l day or part thereof - $12.
Payment Method: By cash or credit card (by inserting your credit card into the card reader on entry and exit of the car park; payment will be charged and a receipt issued on exit).
There are five pay stations available for the Domestic Terminal, and a another two for the International Terminal; all are located enroute to the respective car parks. If you require a receipt you will need to put your ticket into the pay station then press the receipt button prior to putting your money in.
Disabled Parking: Each terminal has drop-off/pick-up areas for people with a disability marked at the kerbside. These areas are only available to vehicles displaying the proper disability permit, and drivers must follow the normal curbside parking rules. No vehicle can be left unattended at the curbside outside the terminal. Drivers may assist passengers to disembark from the drop-off/pick up areas for people with a disability, however the vehicle must not be left unattended to assist passengers into the terminal. If the passenger requires assistance to the check-in area, the driver must park the vehicle in the public car park and then return to assist the passenger.
Drivers should note that there is a 2.8m clearance in the drop-off zone at the southern (city) end of the Domestic Terminal (Qantas, QantasLink and Skytrans departures).
Parking for people with a disability is also available within the car parks.
