The passenger terminal complex at Cancun International Airport currently consists of three passenger terminals - T1, T2 and T3. They are not connected, but served by a free shuttle bus.
Airlines with check-in counters in all three Terminals include: Aeromexico AM, Mexicana MX & Mexicana QA.
Airlines with check-in counters at Terminal 1: Aviasca, Aermexico, Aeromar, Interjet, Magnicharters, Mexicana, Volaris.
Arlines with check-incounters at Terminal 2: Air Canada, Air Transat, American Trans Air (TZ), Air Europa, Cubana, Conran, Copa, Iberia, JetBlue, Sunwing, TACA & Volaris.
Airlines with check-in counters at Terminal 3: Air Europa, Aeromexico, Mexicana MX & Mexicana QA.
Connecting flights: International Arrivals must go through immigration & customs first. If you booked your flights on one ticket,or your connecting flight is by the same airline or has a code-share with your connecting airline - simply proceed to your connecting gate; otherwise you need to claim your bags first & re-check them in at your connecting airline's counter - before proceeding to your connecting gate. Shuttle buses run between the terminals.
- As weekends and weekday hours 10am--4pm are particularly busy times at the airport, allow yourself for plenty of time. It is suggested that you arrive at the Airport for domestic flights 2 hours, and for international flights three hours prior to scheduled departure.
- Currently there are 80 self-service kiosks and 375 workstations in operation. Nine self-service gates have been installed, and flight information displays have been upgraded.

Terminal 1 caters to domestic & charter flights with airline gates 1 - 7. T1 was recently renovated and has check-in facilities on the ground level with airline gates on both ground & first levels.
Terminal 2 (with Main & Satellite buildings) recenly completed its expansion work and serves domestic & some international airlines.
T2's Main Building (2M) with arrivals facilities & check-in counters, houses on the lower level gates B12-22. The VIP Business Lounge, a pay-in lounge, is at post-security, behind the escalator.
T2's Satellite building (2S) upgrade work has been completed. T2 is served by a long list of international airlines and houses gates A1-A11 on the upper level); A & B gates are connected by walkway.
Terminal 3' is for international flights only (mostly to North America & Europe). T3's expansion work has been completed. T3 houses gates C23-C37) and offers food & drink and retail outlets, duty-free shops, rental car countes, ATMs, currency exchange, WiFi internet & internet stations, VIP Business Lounge (a pay-in lounge at post-security - folow signs), & Secure Wrap.

Other amenities and services inside the terminals: Aside from food & drink establishments, shops & duty-free shop, services include American Express, Aeromexico & Mexicana VIP Lounges, Value drugstore, baggage wrapping, ATM, currency exchange, internet access & lockers for smaller items.
