Babies / Children:
Baby care rooms on the first floor of departure lounge and in the arrivals hall are open 24/7 and equipped with changing tables.
The Food Village before security and in the departure lounge has baby milk available, as well as facilities to warm up baby food.
A Children's Play Center (Passport to Play) is in the departure lounge. Parents are requested to supervise their children.

Executive / 51 Lounge - open 5am-9pm (Nov-April: Saturdays 5am-5pm): A smart-casual dress code is in place. No children under 12.
Membership fees: £18/pp per day entitles users to alcoholic / non-alcoholic drinks, newspapers & magazines, fresh fruit, light snacks, satellite TV, access to private washrooms; and the following business-related facilities: Internet access, telephone, fax and photocopier machines. The lounge also offers Special Assistance facilities.

Game Zones: Video arcade machines are located in the two Games Zones on the first floor of the terminal and in the departure lounge.

Left Luggage: Servisair Cargo has a secure luggage storage facility available just beyond the passenger terminal. Items can be security screened, shrink wrapped and left in a secure customs facility protected by 24 hours CCTV. On the day of your flight simply collect your luggage and check it in as usual. Fees for a 24-hr period start at £6.50 and include VAT. Deliveries can also be made by prior arrangements, fees available on request. Open: Mon-Fri - 7am-9pm; Sat/Sun: by prior request. Tourist Information Center: Located in the arrivals hall and has information about events and attractions within Wales.

Items found should be handed to a member of security staff or to the Information Desk.

For items lost on the airplane, contact your airline, tour operator or handling agent.

For items lost at the airport, contact the information desk - Tel: 01446 711111 - or send an e-mail to infodesk@cwl.aero with a full description of the item, the time, date and location where it was last seen and your contact details.

Pets are not allowed in the Passenger Terminal unless they are working dogs or are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to their requirements.

No smoking policy inside any building. However, a designated smoking area is available outside the terminal.
