Connection time for international flightJan 26, 201330Planing a vacation to Orlando in June 2013 flying Dublin - CLT on a Monday afternoon with 1 hour 20 min to make connection to MCO. On the return leg I have 1 hour 11 minutes to make international connection to Dublin. All flights with United. Are these layover times sufficient to comfortably make connections?Alanposted on Fri, Jan 25Note that none of your flights will actually be on United. They will be on US Airways. Connecting to your flight to Orlando will be tight because you will have to clear customs and CLT can get backed up when all the transatlantic flights arrive at the same time. However, there are other flights to Orlando and if you miss your connection you'll be booked on one of those. On your way back to Ireland you should be fine since you don't have to clear customs as long as your first flight is on time.ZAPposted on Fri, Jan 25Thank you ZAP. Yes you are quite right, all flights are with US Airways. My error. LOST BLAC SONY CAMERA with carrying caseJun 20, 201211PLEASE HELP ME!!! If you can't help then please pray!!!! My dad is sick with terminal cancer and i promised him after chemo and radiation that i would take him down to florida to see his brother to say his hellos and good byes... We had an amazing time but on our return home we left my camera behind at Charlotte airport!!! WE were at US AIRWAYS, GATE E11 flight # 2682 departing at 10:11PM... I had all the pics from the trip on there, i have never been on vacation with my father b4...he does not like to fly...I am sick to my stomach that I somehow left my camera with ALL of our memories behind!! LOST LUGGAGES coming from New Bern, NCNov 11, 201128I reached Charlotte Airport Nov. 10 from New Bern Fly UsAirways 4227. At the New Bern Airport there were no seats the luggage officer sent me to pass the security so that I could get a seat. I left my luggages to him who tolm me do not bother, he was sending it to my final destination in Genoa, Italy. I got a seat ans saw my luggages on board but the man did not gave me tha luggage tag. In Charlotte I saw my luggages (two pieces) downloaded from the plane but i could not find them at the carousel. I referresd to the LH Desk as I had to fly LH to Munich. They could not do nayrthing as I had no luggage tag. At Munich I had no time to look for my lugage as my fly to Genoa LH 429 was in time. At Genoa my luggage was lost and nobody could do anything for the lack of tag. It is can be possible that my luggage is lost in Charlotte ? the are one bag light brown a a duffles bly, green and tartan. Could you make reserches for me ? Not enough electrical outletsOct 5, 201212I have never been in an airport with so few electric outlets at the gates. (I am in Concourse D.) People are literally racing to one of the few outlets when it becomes available, desperate to recharge a phone or plug in a laptop.
