What Airlines are home based in Charlotte?
You are most likely to find work with American or Piedmont. However, part time jobs are hard to find.
I have no choice but to take public transportation from CLT to Bush River Road, Columbia, SC.

Any ideas what I should take? I've read the not so favorable reviews about the Columbia Charlotte Shuttle. I am also considering taking Greyhound but I don't know how to get to their terminal and what to take from their stop in Columbia to my apartment. Newbie on this part of the country.
Those are realistically your two options. You would have to also take a taxi if you take Greyhound
I realize this is an old post but new users now have a better choice. SC Shuttle Services charge $54 flat rate from CLT to Columbia metro. They can be found at www.SCShuttle.com online or by phone (803) 606-0999.
On a Wednesday, My scheduled arrival from SAV to CLT is 7:02 pm. My scheduled departure to PHX is 7:54 pm. I'm pretty nervous about the connection, is that enough time?
That's enough time if the flight from Savannah is on-time. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to you departure gate.
I'm from Springfield Va and wondering what ground transportation is available and affordable to get to the Northlake Mall. Bus service and where?
The CATS bus route 590 goes directly from the Airport to the Northlake Mall Park & Ride. It goes every 30 minutes and takes about 25 minutes. You can get the complete schedule here: http://wirelesscats.ridetransit.org/BusSchedules/mnt/Schedule.asp
I want to go on a flight from Wilmington NC to Charlotte and than on to JFK and Düsseldorf Germany. It's my first connecting flight ever and I want to know how much time I need in Charlotte to tranfer to the flight to JFK. I suppose everything is arranged in Wilmington?
All you have to do in Charlotte is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate, it's possible to do in as little as 30 minutes, although closer to an hour is preferable.
What is the easiest and most cost effective way to get to and from mooresville and the Charlotte airport? I will be gone for a week and it would probably be expensive to park at the airport. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
It's probably still cheapest to park. There is no public transit from Mooresville to the airport and a shuttle service is $65 each way.
Thank you
I'm from Boston and wondering what ground transportation is available and affordable for my son to get close to the Wilmington area once his flight lands in Charlotte. Bus service?
There is a bus, but it only operates once a day from downtown Charlotte. http://columbusco.org/Portals/0/PDF/busschedule.pdf

Charlotte and Wilmington are not particularly close to each other. Wilmington has an airport. You may want to change his ticket to fly to Wilmington.
Flight was canceled due to thunderstorms, needed to get to Greenville airport. American Limousine came up in Google search, answered on 2nd ring, had us in their car in 30 minutes on the way to GSP. Rates were reasonable too!
Could you tell me how much it cost and the name and number of the service you used ?
Nevermind, sorry.--very long day-- American Limosine. got it thanks
How much money can I expect to pay taking a taxi or limo from Charlotte Airport to Charlotte Convention Center?
The CATS bus at Charlotte Airport makes pickups in front of Zone D of the Baggage Claim.
