Aug. 2nd-Arriving from Madison, Wisconsin at 10:40 AM on American Eagle.
Depart for Boston at 11:30 AM on American.
I assume we'd be arriving at the "A" concourse and departing from there also. Seems like enough time between flights but is it?
Both flights may not be in the same concourse. AA uses almost the whole airport. Yes, that is enough time if the flight from Madison is on-time.
What is time needed to connect between flights
If the first flight is domestic I recommend 45-60 minutes minimum.
When coming from Cancun connecting to Cincinnati how much time do I need to get through Customs?
90 minutes is recommended.
Is 1:55 minutes enough time on a return from PUJ connecting to CLE
What is the distance from a terminal to c terminal
Charlotte only has one terminal. A and C are concourses. It is less than a 10 minute walk. All gates are connected inside security.
I will be flying on American on a Friday arriving from Turks and Caicos to Charlotte at 6:50p departing on American at 7:55p to Chicago, will I need to go through customs in Charlotte and will I be able to make that connection? First time flying international, can you please tell me what all I will need to do?
Yes, you will have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, and go through security and to your departure gate. 65 minutes is nearly impossible unless the flight from Turks and Caicos is quite early.
Thank you
Not willing to chance it, went ahead and changed to a later flight, hopefully a 4 hour layover will work .... kinda sucks but better than having to deal with a missed connection. Thanks for the info : )
I will be flying from turks and caicos to o'hare with a layover of 1hr5min in charlotte on american airlines, will I have to go through customs in charlotte and will that be enough time, had longer layover but aa just changed flight times.
That's really difficult. CLT isn't usually too bad, but 65 minutes is really short.
flight lands in char at 5:15 I have a 6:25 connection to London ... is that enough time? Where would I pass thru customes if not in Atl
There is no US Customs when leaving the US. You will go through UK Immigration and Customs in London. All you have to do in Charlotte is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
I land at 10:48 AM gate C17 and depart at 11:45 AM at gate E25. Will this be enough time?
Yes, that should be enough time. Walking between gates shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
I arrive at CLT at gate E18 at 1:54. My connecting flight is at gate C13 at 2:30. Will I be able to make it in time? I am 73 so I won't be running!
Yes, that is enough time if the first flight is on-time but doesn't leave much to spare.
