What in the world has happened?Feb 20, 201208What has happened at Midway. TSA lines have become ridiculous, no matter what time of day. How in the world can you have only a single x-ray line open? Are you people nuts? Midway has been attractive because it has traditionally been easy to get to my plane. I will change airports if this continues. Total lack of organizationFeb 15, 201204Nearly missed my flight Sat 2/11 as I waited in the security line for 1.5hrs. Total chaos absolutely no organization on TSA part. They have no concept of queuing theory, efficiency, quality management etc. The place is up for grabs every man for himself. WOW They had 4 people checking Id's then after 1hr of waiting 2 of them decided to leave so only 2 were checking.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! security wait times taking longerJan 30, 201202now that Midway has put in Disneyland lines, I have gone thru security 3 times - too many agents at the dais and too few xray lines open - over an hour first time - 3rd time was 25 minutes.
