The InterContinental Chicago OHare provides a luxury shuttle service 24 hours per day at no additional cost. The state of the art shuttles depart the hotel every 20-30 minutes, depending on time and day of week.

Pickup:

Upon return at OHare, proceed to the Shuttle Bus Center (look for overhead signs in Baggage Claim). The hotel shuttle picks up at Door # 2. If arriving at International terminal, please call the hotel for pick-up 847-544-5300. Proceed through the lobby of the hotel and board the shuttle at the main entrance of the hotel.

Arrival:

Upon arrival to the garage, please take a ticket from the machine. Drive straight up the ramp and park on the 5th floor or higher. After you park, register your vehicle by taking the elevator to the Front Desk located on the 1st floor of the Hotel. Please note your PARKING SPACE NUMBER (located on the ground at the end of your space) along with your LICENSE PLATE NUMBER. There you will receive a DISCOUNT COUPON. The COUPON must be used to receive the discounted price for, final pay at lot total on your return. If the coupon is not used the discount will not be applied. No refunds will be processed if the coupon is not used. Payment instruction and return shuttle information form will be given at this time. Proceed through the lobby of the hotel and board the shuttle at the main entrance of the hotel.

Pickup:

When returning, from Baggage Claim, go down one level on the escalator. Once you are down one level, follow the red and blue arrows to the Shuttle Center. When you arrive at the Shuttle Center, look for door #2. We pick-up every 20 minutes from the top of the hour. Also, (if needed), there are courtesy phones at Baggage Claim and at the Shuttle Center. If you are flying international you must call for shuttle service. (773-693-4444).

Arrival:

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your terminal. Drop luggage off under the canopy at the main entrance of the hotel. Please go into the hotel and check in at the front desk to receive your voucher. Rates are based on a 24 hour clock.

Pickup:

1. When you arrive back to O'Hare Airport, proceed to the Bus/Shuttle Center area for shuttle pick-up. The Bus/Shuttle Center is centrally located between Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Follow the overhead signs in Baggage Claim areas (Lower Level) of each Domestic Terminal to the nearest underground Pedestrian Walkway. Take Elevator Centers 3 or 4 and press the Bus/Shuttle button. 2. Board the red and white Marriott Hotel/Marriott Suites shuttle bus. Buses operate continuously every 20 minutes between 5:05 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. Shuttle service is on call between 9:05 pm and 4:45 am. Please call the front desk at 847-696-4400 to arrange for pickup during on call hours. 3. When exiting the Marriott Suites parking lot please surrender your parking ticket to the parking attendant. Fees may be paid with cash, travelers check and all major credit cards. 4.
