Take the ATS shuttle train on the ATS level, which takes only minutes. You only mention Gate, 9 at Terminal 3. However, T3 has Concourses G, H, K & L: Concourse L with 11 gates, the Y-shaped gateway to Concourses K with gates K1-K20 and Concourse H with gates H3-H18 in the center, and Concourse G with gates G1A-G21 to the left - with gates G13-G17 on the Concourse's lower level. When you arrive look at the overhead screens and find your departure gate/concourse.

You need to go down to take the tunnel connecting to Terminal 1 and go through security. The upper level leads to Concourse B, which connects by walkway at its center to Concourse C. Count on at least 30 mins.

1. Make sure your bags are properly tagged with all 3 airport codes to arrive safely at your end destination. 2. Upon arrival at T1 take the ATS shuttle train running every few minutes to T5. T5 has Concourse M wrapping around the concessions court - to the right are gates M12-21, left M7-M1, center M8-1 (long walks). You have plenty of time.

All international arrivals need to go through passport control, pick up their bags, go through customs clearance and re-check-in their bag (which should be properly tagged showing all 3 Airport codes). Thereafter proceed to the ATS level (above Federal inspection) for the ATS shuttle train which runs every few minutes between the International & domestic terminals. T1, on the upper level, leads to Concourse B, which in turn connects to Concourse C. Look at your ticket to see which gate you depart from (i.e., B22, C32). Allow at least 1.5 hours to get to your departure gate.

All international arrivals (other than those who passed US customs in Canada) need to pick up bags, go through customs clearance & re-check-in bag if continuing journey. The ATS shuttle train runs every few minutes within the secured areas of the terminals.

YES. It is possible to travel between Terminals one, two and three at Chicago O'Hare without going through security again.

Subway trains from CTA 'L' Blue Line depart underground of Terminal 5, and Metra North Central's commuter trains stop at the O'Hare Transfer station, which connects to the Airport Transit System by a shuttle bus.

Terminal 3 to Terminal 5: The ATS train connects each terminal outside the Upper Level Departures (with a bridge over the upper level roadway to the station. T5 has Concourse M which wraps around the concessions court with gates M12-21 to the right, M7-M1 to the left, and M8-M1 to the north.

If you arrive on an international flight you will arrive at Terminal 5; you need to go to the baggage claim, get your checked bag, go through customs clearance and recheck-in your bag before moving on to your next flight. If you arrive from a domestic flight, it's Terminal 2. You need to get to Terminal 1 for Continental which connects at its upper level to the left to T2. Or from Terminal 5 take the ATS shuttle train outside the Upper-level departures (with a bridge over the upper-level roadway to the station.

Terminal 5 is the only "disconnected" terminal at O'Hare. The other terminals are interconnected.

When you depart, make sure that your bags are tagged to both the ORD and the arrivals Airport indicating flight numbers. That way they will be automatically transferred
