Is 1 hour long enough to connect from a flight arriving at ORD from Kansas City at 4:30pm and leaving to Japan by way of ANA Nippon at 5:30pm?
I will be flying United airlines to ORD
Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do in ORD is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. ANA flights depart from Terminal 1.
I will be coming from Vancouver, BC to O'hare with only 1 hour 6 minutes layover. One ticket booked with United. Is this enough time to clear customs, security, etc and get to my connecting flight on time if I have checked bags? I will be in O'hare on a Monday in July around 12-1pm.
You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Vancouver. All you have to do in Chicago is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.
Hi. I am looking at taking a flight from PDX to Toronto, going through ORD. I wanted to know what I can expect going from a domestic flight to an international one. For the cheapest flight (United atm), the time I have between my flights in Chicago is 1hour and 40 minutes.
All you have to do in Chicago is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. No flights to Canada depart from the International Terminal.
I'm flying United from Wisconsin to Philly with a layover in Chicago. Is a 2.5 hour layover enough time in ORD? I see I have to walk from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2.
Are both flights United? If so you won't know your exact gates until the day of your flight. That is plenty of time for the connection. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
Yes, both flights are United.

I never fly with a layover, so I have another question: If my first flight is delayed, is it United's responsibility to find me another flight?

Yes, they will book you on their next available flight to Philadelphia if you miss your connection because the first flight is delayed.
Thank you!

Do you have any knowledge about Charlotte airport? '

I'm flying American from Philly to Wisconsin with a 2.5 layover in CLT and I am wondering if I will need to go through security when I arrive in CLT even though both flights are American.

You don't have to go through security in Charlotte. All gates are connected inside security. You again have plenty of time.
Hi, I am flying LX from ZRH to ORD, arriving 3.45pm Sunday, connection to SDF at 5.40pm same day (on United). Just under 2 hour connection time.

Two different tickets, 1 checked bag, economy (but Star Gold). I do not have a US passport. Is there sufficient time to make the connection?

Thanks!
Since it's two separate tickets that makes it a bit harder but Star Gold helps. I won't say it'll be easy but you should be OK.
Does a group of 12 have time to get from Alaskan Airlines to United with a connection time of 1 hr. 17 min.?
Walking from one gate to the other in that time is possible if the first flight is on-time since T1, T2 and T3 are all connected inside security by walkways. However, you will all have to check in online for your United flight before leaving on your first flight and you all have to only bring carry-on bags.
I see that United departures are out of Terminal 1 but where are domestic United arrivals? Are they close together and is it easy to get from one to the other? I'm going RDU -> ORD -> BZN and just want to make sure my layover is long enough.
United domestic arrivals are in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. They are connected inside security by a walkway. 30 minutes is an acceptable layover if the first flight is on-time.
Can I make a 53 minute connection from a domestic flight to ORD (through DLH) to an international fligth to AUA (Aruba)?
Yes, if both flights are on United then you just have to walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
are domestic and international United gates close together?
Sort of. You will probably arrive in Terminal 2. You will depart from Terminal 1 but they are connected inside security by a walkway. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
United Airlines has moved up my flight time, leaving us 1 hr 20 min layover on a Monday evening to get off our UA flight and over to Aer Lingus, I see they dont participate in TSA precheck, is this enough time, any tips?
Just hurry to the ATS Train to Terminal 5. That's all you can do.
but its doable? and will aer lingus know we are coming?
Aer Lingus should know you are coming. It is possible if the flight from Kansas City is on-time.
I set up a quick business meeting at ORD with some colleagues. Each one of us is flying a diff airline (united T1, American T3, DeltaT2). We are planning to meet before we all return back later that afternoon. Can we do this without exiting security?
Yes, T1, T2, and T3 are all connected inside security by walkways.
