There is no airside connection. You have to take the ATS Train to T5 and go through security.

How much time should we allow? Will we need to collect luggage, and go to Terminal 5 then go through check- in to recheck luggage then security? We have not purchased the domestic ticket yet.
Considering Frontier is often delayed, I'd want at least 4 hours.
Flying Manchester(UK) to ORD then to Toronto. I have 1hr45 between flights. Is this enough time to change terminals? And if both flights are AA will i need to recheck my bag?
Yes, you will arrive in Terminal 5, go through US Immigration, claim your bag, go through US Customs, re-check your bag at the re-check desk, then take the ATS Train to Terminal 3 and go through security. You have just enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Howdy

Arriving Terminal 5 on Etihad 151 from Abu Dhabi. One clears US customs in AUH. US citizen.

Departing a United Express flight out of Terminal 2.

The flights are on separate reservations, but the bags are checked all the way through to Omaha.

Will bags need to be claimed and rechecked in Chicago or can one just proceed to the train from 5 to 2?

Thanks!
We'll have 2,5 hours between flights. 10am arrival on EY and 12:30 departure on UA.
If it's two separate reservations it's unlikely you will be able to get your bags checked through to Omaha, but if you do then you won't have to claim them in Chicago. If you don't you will have to take your bags to Terminal 1 to re-check with United.
I fly from Seoul to ORD, then to Minneapolis on 6/4 (Sunday). I arrive at 7:40 pm in ORD and have 3 hour connection. Would this be enough?
What airlines are you flying? Are both flights on the same reservation?
fly in on asiana airline. then UA to MLPS
If they are on the same reservation then that is enough time.
I am traveling from Dublin arriving at 1:55p and have a connection to Springfield Illinois on united at 3:30p. Will I have enough tome to make my flight? Will I need to go through customs upon my arrival from Dublin? How far are the terminals apart? Thank you
You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Dublin. Are you flying Aer Lingus or United from Dublin?
I will be travelling from Orlando- ORD with a 50 minute layover before ORD-Tokyo Narita. All codeshare/same reservation with ANA/United.. Didnt realize the tight time- All should be in Terminal 1. Will we make our flight granted that our original flight from Orlando is on time?
Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
