I may be flying from Las Vegas to London through Chicago OHare. LAS-ORD is American Airlines, ORD-LHR is British Airways. Will I need to recheck my bags? It's all on the same reservation/booking. I only have 2 hours and 55 minutes between flights.

No, you won't have to re-check your bags. Just take the ATS Train from T3 to T5 and go through security. You should have plenty of time.

I will be flying from SEATTLE to ORD in Alaska flight scheduled to arrive at 06:00PM in ORD Terminal 3. Then I need to get into the connection international flight ( Qatar Airways) in ORD Terminal T5 which is scheduled to depart at 7:45 PM. Do I have enough time to get into 7:45 flight? Do I need to check in the baggages again in ORD ?If yes,how can I transfer my baggages from terminal 3 to Terminal 5?

Is it one reservation or two separate reservations?

    It is one reservation only.

Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do is take the ATS Train from T3 to T5 and go through security.

  • Flying to Guatemala with Layover in Miami

I am flying with AA on March 22 to Guatemala. My first leg is out of O'hare, I then land in Miami with an hour and a half layover and then take off to Guatemala. My initial flight out of ORD wouldn't be out of the international airport, correct? And I shouldn't have to reclaim my bags in Miami, right? Is Miami similar to ORD, where my flight to Guatemala will be out of a non connecting airport?

In Chicago you will leave from Terminal 3 like every other AA flight. In Miami all the gates are connected so all you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate on your way to Guatemala.

We have a flight from DC to ORD arriving in Terminal 3 at 6pm. Departing at 6:40pm (again with AA) from Terminal 3 for a flight to Dublin. Bags will already be checked. Will this be enough time to get from one flight to the next?

It's enough time if the first flight is on-time. Both flights should be in the H/K concourse.

I will be flying into ORD in AA flight scheduled to arrive at 11:11am. I need to transfer to Delta for a 1:34pm flight. Do I have enough time? Also, do I have to go through security again?

Do you have checked bags? If not then if you check in online for your Delta flight you won't have to go through security again.

I am flying united to ohare, picking up luggage at the carousel, then I need to check in with same luggage for SAS international flight. I have a 3 HR layover. How do I do this? Will I have time?

After you get the bags you go up 2 levels and take the ATS Train to Terminal 5, check them with SAS and go through security. You have enough time.

Hello, I need help with figuring out if I have enough connecting time at Chicago O'Hare airport. My flight arrives at 7.15 pm on July 12 (Wed) from Frankfurt (Lufthansa flight) at Terminal 5. Is there any way to make it for AA flight leaving for DFW at 8.18 pm? These will be 2 separate bookings. Thank you!

No, that would be completely impossible.

Hello, I need help with figuring out if I have enough connecting time at Chicago O'Hare airport. My flight arrives at 7.15 pm on July 12 (Wed) from Munich (Lufthansa flight). Is there any way to make it for AA flight leaving for DFW at 8.18 pm? Next connecting flight is not until 10.40 pm ... Haven't flown through this airport and have no idea if I will be arriving and leaving from the same terminal. Thank you!

No, that would be completely impossible. You will arrive in Terminal 5 and depart from Terminal 3. You'll have to take the 10:40 flight.

Thank you for the prompt reply! I was afraid that would be the answer ... 10.40 pm is the winner then.
