I am flying with AA on March 22 to Guatemala. My first leg is out of O'hare, I then land in Miami with an hour and a half layover and then take off to Guatemala. My initial flight out of ORD wouldn't be out of the international airport, correct? And I shouldn't have to reclaim my bags in Miami, right? Is Miami similar to ORD, where my flight to Guatemala will be out of a non connecting airport?
In Chicago you will leave from Terminal 3 like every other AA flight. In Miami all the gates are connected so all you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate on your way to Guatemala.
We have a flight from DC to ORD arriving in Terminal 3 at 6pm. Departing at 6:40pm (again with AA) from Terminal 3 for a flight to Dublin. Bags will already be checked. Will this be enough time to get from one flight to the next?
It's enough time if the first flight is on-time. Both flights should be in the H/K concourse.
I will be flying into ORD in AA flight scheduled to arrive at 11:11am. I need to transfer to Delta for a 1:34pm flight. Do I have enough time? Also, do I have to go through security again?
Do you have checked bags? If not then if you check in online for your Delta flight you won't have to go through security again.
Hi, will 57 minutes be enough time to switch flights at ORD. My flight is with untied and on the same ticket. Any help would be great thank you
Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
Flying with United 580 from Toronto arriving at ORD at 6:22pm with United 1941 connecting flight at 7:30pm. Would this be enough time?
Yes, that is enough time. You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Toronto so all you have to do in Chicago is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
I am flying united to ohare, picking up luggage at the carousel, then I need to check in with same luggage for SAS international flight. I have a 3 HR layover. How do I do this? Will I have time?
After you get the bags you go up 2 levels and take the ATS Train to Terminal 5, check them with SAS and go through security. You have enough time.
How much time should I allow for connecting to a domestic flight arriving at :6:15 pm (have Global/TSA Entry) -- will I have enough time to connect to 8:15 flight?
Is it two separate reservations or one reservation? Where are you connecting to? Will you have checked bags?
We are traveling from Montego Bay and have a connecting flight in Chicago. We have 2 hr 15 min to get from Terminal 5 to Terminal 2. Is this enough time? Thanks
Yes, that is enough time if everything goes smoothly.
We are flying united from FSD to MBJ with a 1 hour layover in ORD. We need to go from terminal 2 to 1 for this connection. Is this enough time? Should we walk? Thanks.
Yes, all you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time if your flight from Sioux Falls is on-time.
On July 2, 2017 I have a 40 minute connection - arriving on United Airlines from San Francisco, CA. I am flying form Chicago O'Hare to Norfolk, VA via United. I am in First Class - will that be enough time to get to my flight?
Yes, that is enough time if the flight from San Francisco is on-time. All you have to do in Chicago is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
