Comox YQQ Airport Overview

Comox Valley Airport YQQ serves the eastern shore of Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada.
The Airport is located on 1250 Knight Road, 4 km northeast of Comox, within a three-hour drive of most Vancouver Island locations, and can be accessed by Inland Island Highway 19 north (exit 117).
With 2 runways and an estimated 300,000 passengers a year, the Airport is served by Air Canada, Central Mountain Air, Pacific Coastal, Island Express Air, WestJet, offering direct flights to many Canadian destinations, with connections around the world, and to popular vacation destinations.

The passenger terminal at Comox Valley Airport has a gift shop and a cafe. Airport Ambassadors are ready to answer your inquiries. For articles lost at the Airport, call 250-890-0829. Rental car agencies Enterprise & National have desks inside the Terminal. Terminal hours: Mon 5am-2am; Tues-Fri 5am-11pm; Sat 5am-midnight; Sun. 5am-11pm.

Parking at Comox Valley Airport is available on a paved lot and on a gravel lot.  The drive-through lane allows metered parking up to 20 minutes, while the meters in the paved lot allow parking for up to 1 hour. Cash & change machines are in the departure area of the terminal.

To get from Comox Valley Airport to your destination you can rent a car, take a taxi (1-866-339-7955), shuttle service or a bus or a Train:
(a) Shuttles: Ambassador (250-339-5252 or 1-877-3395252; The Cona Shuttle (1-250-331-0991 or 1-877-490-2662) is for groups of up to 1 persons; Island Chauffeur, a pre-booked door-to-door (250-954-9694); Pacific Rim Navigators offers luxury transportation to most destinations (1-250-725-8393) and SkyHigh Shuttle (250-339-4737.
(b) Buses:The local BC Transit bus serves the Airport and destinations throughout the Valley. Greyhound Bus (250-334-2475 runs South to Vistoria, Nanaimo, North to Campbell Rive& Port Hardy.
(c) Train: The E&N Rail (1-800-561-8630) offers daily runs from Courtenay to Victoria, with down island stops.
