Lost & Found at Copenhagen CPH Airport

If you lost an item at the airline counter, at the gate area or onboard your airplane, or if your bag has been damaged or is missing - contact your airline directly.

For items lost at CPH Airport, contact one of the Service Information counters inside the terminals; after 30 days, lost items will be turned over to the Greater Copenhagen Lost Property office.  For detailed information open:  cph.dk/CPH/UK/MAIN/Facilities/Lost+and+Found.htm, which also lists most recent items found.

Pets / Animals at Copenhagen CPH Airport

Traveling with Animals:
Copenhagen Airports A/S operates the Veterinary Center--a state-of-the-art veterinary control station with animal stables and quarantine facilities, which is an approved EU Border Inspection Post (BIP). Animals arriving from non-EU countries will be checked by the veterinary authorities before being granted entry to the EU.

The care of the animals is provided by keepers experienced in handling any type of animal.

Smoking at Copenhagen CPH Airport

Smoking is not permitted within CPH's terminals. However, the airport’s lease-holders can decide whether smoking is permitted within their own areas, i.e. lounges, meeting facilities, car rental areas and travel agencies.
