Is 1 hr 40 mins enough time to connect at DFW from a LHR flight going on to Jackson Hole
Yes, it is just enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Hello, We are travelling from Minneapolis to London via DFW, would a 1 hr 20 min layover be sufficent.
Yes, that is enough time. There is no US Customs when leaving the US. You just have to go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. The Skylink train connects all gates inside security.
I will be flying in to DFW from Australia. I was wondering how long of a lay over I need to get through customs and be able to catch a flight out to St. Louis.
If both flights are on the same reservation 2 hours is sufficient if everything goes smoothly.
I am flying to from Des Moines to Cancun with a layover in DFW. Is 1 hour enough time for this layover? Do we need to go through customs since we are flying internationally?
There is no US Customs when leaving the US. All you have to do in DFW is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. The Skylink train connects all terminals and gates inside security. You have enough time if the flight from Des Moines is on-time.
Thank you!!
Hi All,
Im travelling back to Toronto via Dallas from Maui arriving at 8:00 am. Is this enough time to go downtown, even just to get a little taste of Dallas? Thanks!
You'll arrive right at rush hour and honestly, there's very little to see in downtown Dallas. I suggest having a nice leisurely breakfast at the airport.
Thanks Zap. Just wasn't sure if I'll ever get a chance to even glimpse at Dallas again. Agreed rush hour, stuck in traffic, expensive cabs may not be the best use of my time. Thanks
I have a layover time of 1 hr 30 min on arriving from London to Terminal D, will that be enough to clear immigration, customs and security and change terminal?
It's barely enough time if everything goes perfectly.
From Toronto to Maui and layover in Dallas... is 1 h 30 min enough for catching our connection? AA is the airline. I don't believe we have to reclaim our checked luggage and go through custom again, right? Many Thanks!
Yes, that is plenty of time. You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Toronto. All you have to do in DFW is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. The Skylink train connects all gates inside security.
Hello,
I will be flying Frankfurt, Germany to Dallas, and then have another flight to Minneapolis. Will I have to get my bags, go through immigration/customs, and recheck them? I'll be traveling alone with a small infant, so I am nervous about carrying bags/stroller/car seat and the baby. Any suggestions welcome!
Yes, in DFW you will have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, and go through security and then take the Skylink train to your departure gate. This assumes both flights are on American and are on the same reservation.
im flying from london to lafayette with a layover in dallas with 1h50min is it enough time to go through customs, while arriving aat 4pm( according to google one of the busiest times in dallas airport
That should be barely enough time if everything goes smoothly. If you do miss your connection there should be one later flight to Lafayette that evening.
Flying from Pittsburgh to Honolulu with a 55 minute layover in Dallas Is that enough time for catching flight
Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do in DFW is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. The Skylink train connects all gates inside security.
