Hi , Im flying from New Orleans to Cabo via DFW with US Airways...is 1 hour at DFW sufficient time to transfer to the Cabo flight ?

Actually both of your flights will be on American. Yes, that should be enough time. The SkyLink train connects all terminals inside security at DFW.

  • Australian passport and clearing customs in DFW for connecting flight

I will be travelling from Cancun to Vegas via DFW on an Australian passport. Both flights are with AA landing at 14.20 with only 1 hour and 35 minutes between landing and takeoff, Will this be enough time to clear customs check in etc?

Yes, that should be enough time. You will arrive in Terminal D, go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, then re-check your bags at the transfer desk. Then you will go through security then take the SkyLink train to your departure terminal if it is not Terminal D. You should be issued both boarding passes in Cancun.

Hello! Is one hour enough to make a connection from a domestic US flight (arriving from San Antonio) to an international flight (departing to Amsterdam)?

Yes. that should be plenty of time if your tickets were purchased together. The SkyLink train connects all terminals inside security.

  • 15 Minute Layover

I'm coming in from Forth Worth Florida, and will be landing in DFW and heading back to Vancouver, Canada with AA. The layover time has now changed to 15 minutes upon checking my ticket. Will that be enough time?

Woops, that was a typo. It should say I'm coming in from Fort Myers, Florida. Not Fort Worth. Thanks.

It might be enough time, but it really depends on your flight arriving a bit early. I would call AA.

  • Connection time to Seoul

I've been notified that my flight schedule was changed. The AA flight from Baton Rouge, Louisiana (BTR) will arrive DFW at 9:15 am. The next AA flight from Dallas (DFW) to Seoul (ICN) is 10:15 am. Do I (and my checked in baggages) have enough time to board on the flight to Seoul? Do I have to pick up my baggages and have them go through the security screen again at Dallas?

All you have to do in DFW is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate, nothing with your luggage or security. The SkyLink train connects all terminals inside security. An hour should be enough time.

No, that is not enough time. You need to be rebooked. You will probably have to spend the night in Dallas if you attempt this itinerary.

Yes, as long as your first flight is on-time that should be sufficient. The SkyLink train connects all terminals inside security.

I am flying into DFW from Cancun with a final destination of Cleveland. We arrive at 8:35am on an AA flight and depart DFW at 10:10am (1:35 minute layover) also on American Airlines. Will that be enough time to make it through customs and onto our connecting flight?

Yes, that should be enough time but doesn't leave much time to spare in case of any delays.

I land at terminal b at 1:35 and leave from C at 2:20. Do I have to go through security again? Should I be fine?

On arrival a DFW, at TB take the free Skylink train located between gates B1-B19 & B20-B39, to TC, arriving between gates C12-C15 & C24-C27 - a five-minute ride.

The SkyLink train connects all terminals inside security. You have enough time.

Hi, I will be traveling next week from DOH-DFW in Qatar airways. From DFW to SAT I need to catch AA within the time limit of 2 hours and 30 minutes. Will that time be enough? Where do I need to go through immigration and customs in DFW or SAT? I Will there be any skycap or luggage cart available to carry my luggage?

You will arrive in DFW Terminal D, go through US Immigration, claim your luggage, go through US Customs, then re-check your baggage with American. There are usually baggage carts for going through customs. Then you will go to the departure level, get your AA boarding pass if you don't already have it, then go through security, then take the SkyTrain to the departure terminal for your flight to SAT

I have my emirates flight to India at 12:35 and I am arriving at Dallas by American airlines from Kansas City at 7:35 AM. Is the time sufficient ?and how should I proceed to the terminal with baggage.

Yes, that should be plenty of time. Did you purchase separate tickets or together? If together your bags should be checked through to India and all you have to do is take the SkyTrain from your arrival terminal to Terminal D. If separate you will have to claim your baggage from American, go to the curbfront, and take the inter-terminal shuttle bus to Terminal D, then re-check it with Emirates and then go through security.
