I am travelling from Detroit to Dallas and i have one hour to go to terminal D and connect to Qatar Airways. Is this enough time? I may be connecting from terminal c to terminal d. Do i need to pass thru security check again or i can connect directly. no baggage only carry on. I appreciate your help.
You do not have to go through security again, you can just take the Skylink train to your departure gate in D.
I have a flight doing Montreal (Canada) to Dallas and Dallas to Tokyo (NRT), the connection is from 9h46 to 10h45 (59 minutes).

Is it enough? Both are with AA and I don't have a checked in luggage, only my carry on.

Thanks whoever can assist me.
That is enough time. You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Montreal. All you have to do in Dallas is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. The Skylink train connects all terminals and gates inside security. The Airport code for Montreal is YUL.
Thank you so much.
Hi All,

I have been ticketed (via QANTAS) to transit in DFW for 1hr 03 mins. Flying in from BWI going to SYD. Is this a reasonable time to make the SYD flight. It appears arriving into Terminal A, departing from Terminal D. All flights are codeshare QF. Thanks!
Your first flight is operated by American. Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. The Skylink train connects all terminals and gates inside security.
We are arriving at DFW 9:54 am terminal C and have a connecting flight at 10:34 terminal A. Will we make it ? Where is the closest skylink
There are two skylink stations in every terminal. You won't know your exact gates until the day of your flight.
We are arriving at 9:54 am terminal C and have a connecting flight at 10:35 am terminal A. Will we make it ?
Hello,

I want to buy a flight with American Airlines from Europe to Vancouver going through DFW.
However, the connecting time is only of 1h30min. Would you know if it is too tight? Should we go through US passport control or customs? I would assume that if it is a single journey with the same airline, I would not have to pick my luggage and check it again.

Thank you very much in advance for any help you could provide.
Yes, you will have to go through US Immigration, Customs, and security. You will not have to collect your bags and re-check them if both flights are on AA since it's an International to International connection. 90 minutes is just enough time.
Thank you very much for your answer.
Hi. We are thinking of booking an American Airlines flight from Boston to Fresno that has a connection to American Eagle in DFW. The layover is only 55 minutes. Is that enough time to make the connection?
Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. The Skylink train connects all terminals and gates inside security.
Thank you!
We have a flight on American Airlines from JAN with a 56 min layover to connect to LAX. Is this enough time?
Yes, that is enough time. The Skylink train connects all terminals and gates inside security.
I will be landing in at gate C31 at 4:30 and then my flight takes off at 5:10 at gate C8. Is that enough for me and my checked luggage to make it? Or should I change my flight? *General flight time has been changed for my safety, but I do only have 40 min
Yes, that is enough time if the first flight is on-time. Note that the first time is not the "landing time". It's the scheduled gate arrival time.
Planning my flight from ND to Thailand, with connecting in DFW and Seol. It appears that the layover in Dallas is only 1 hour. Is this enough time? Since we will be leaving the USA from Dallas to enter Korea, do we have to claim and re-check bags in Dallas? Or, once we check in North Dakota does that get us through?
You don't have to do anything with your bags in DFW on your way to Asia. There is no US Customs when leaving the US.
