Hello I departure from alexandria airport in Louisiana to go Korea I stop by Dallas airport and Maritsa airport In Japan... I only have 1:30 layover in Dallas so I am not trying to check any bags in... but if I don't have to pick those up I am going to check my bags in... do I have to pick my bag up at Dallas airport?! It is AA airline all the way through Japan and I use another airline in japan
You do not have to claim your bags in DFW when leaving the US.
I have a layover of 1 hr 48 minutes at DFW, is that plenty of time to clear customs etc?

Also will I need to recheck my luggage or will that go right on through?

You will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, go through security and to your departure gate on the Skylink train. You have just enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Alright that's good to know thanks.

What happens if I don't make it, is there a period of time they will wait before boarding finishes?

If getting through immigration, bag claim and customs/recheck etc takes too long do I need to buy another flight?
They will not wait for you but will rebook you free of charge on the next available American Airlines flight to San Antonio.
Hi there I'm flying from Washington DC to Sydney and connecting in Dallas with qantas and AA. The transit time is 1 hr 7mins - do I need to go through security and customs and pick my bags up? It does not seem like enough time ?
On the way to Sydney all you have to do is take the Skylink train from your arrival gate to your departure gate in Terminal D. You have enough time. There is no US Customs when leaving the US.
I fly from PDX to DFW and land at 5:27PM. I have a flight to London at leaves at 6:40PM.
Will i have enough time to make it to my connecting flight?
Yes, that is plenty of time. All you have to do is take the Skylink train from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
I'm looking at flying Qantas from Sydney to Toronto with DFW being the transit airport. Do I need to collect my bags and go through customs in Dallas? I have been told that Dallas have changed their customs procedures and I wouldn't need to collect my luggage.
Yes, you no longer have to claim your bags in DFW since you are making an International to International connection. Just US Immigration, Customs, and Security.
Arriving at 3:32pm via American bringing 2 carry and 1 checked luggage. I'm meeting a group for 4:30pm at British Airways to check-in for 6:30 flight. Will 58 minutes be enough to retrieve my checked luggage and make it to British airways terminal?
Where are you arriving from on American? You should have enough time, but you probably won't be there at 4:30. Maybe if you get lucky with the shuttle.
I am US citizen travelling from Narita, Japan to Baltimore, MD, with a two-hour layover in DFW. All flights on American Airlines. Is two hours enough time at DFW?
Yes, that should be enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Arriving on a flight from Cozumel, MX, clearing immigration and customs then a change of terminals. Is 1.5 hours enough time at DFW?
That's just enough time if everything goes perfectly.
flight from Columbia MO, 6004 connecting to Las Vegas flight 1067. 40 minutes between flights and it says a change of terminals. What do you think, enough time?
Yes, that is enough time if the first flight is on-time. The Skylink train connects all terminals and gates inside security.
