I'm flying into D/FW for the first time on American Airlines, and I need to know how to get from my gate to the Alamo rental car booth. Where is it located?
We are flying through Dallas from Costa Rica to MN and I along with our three children are US citizens but my wife and mother of the children is not. Can we all go through customs together in the US citizens line or must we all go to the non US citizen line. We want to pass customs together.
At the same time at the passport Kiosk do we have to enter each passport or just mine? If we have to enter all of our passports will the system allow the Costa Rica passport of my wife? Thank you!
I am flying from Toronto, Canada to San Jose, Costa Rica. I have a 12 hour layover at DFW, will o have to collect my baggage and recheck it?
Thank you!
Hello,

My wife is moving back to the US after 2 years in Australia. She will be traveling with three children and potentially 3 pieces of luggage each. Is there a process or service, even at cost to me, whereas skycap type services can be provided. She will need help for sure and will probable scale down if nothing like this is available. Oh yea arriving into and needing to recheck for custome then through to Florida.
Thanks in advance.
Chad
There is no such service in the International baggage claim. There are carts available.
My daughter will be flying in at 1:15pm on July 23 from Europe. She has a flight at 425pm flying back out of DFW to IAH. Is that enough time to get luggage then thru customs...recheck luggage and get on the 425pm flight? Thanks
If both flights are on the same reservation yes that is enough time.
Does Terminal B have skycaps for checking luggage & wheelchair avaiable?
I'm traveling from FRA (Frankfurt) to DFW and only have 1 hour and 35 minutes for a layover before my flight for BOI (Boise). Is that enough time? Will I have to collect my bags and recheck them or will I collect my bags in Boise? I will be traveling alone with 2 young children and am worried about the very short connection. Thank you for your help!
Yes, you will have to claim your bags in Dallas, take them through customs, then re-check them. You have just enough time if everything goes perfectly.
I am disabled and have requested wheelchair. I am departing DFW for Frankfurt Terminal D. Where do I get wheelchair assistance
Arriving on AA at 1:45 need to pick up a checked bag and head to terminal E for a Delta flight that leaves at 4:20. IS that enough time to make it after baggage claim then to E to check bag for Delta flight.
thanks
That should be enough time if everything goes smoothly.
I'm moving back to the USA in a week and bringing five suitcases by myself. Are there luggage carts that I can use to transport my things through customs and to the recheck location?
