CancellationsJul 9, 201200Arrived in OKC after Dallas connection flight cancellation and 7-hour wait time. AA gate employees at C were very rude to a concerned international flyer about their luggage. AA flight attendant on the Super80 was also very sarcastic about some college-aged first time flyers. Maybe the new flyers were just a bit nervous?? First-time travellers are NO BIG DEAL and I suggest to AA employees to keep a good open mind when coming across first-time travellers.
