Does Terminal B have skycaps for checking luggage & wheelchair avaiable?
I'm traveling from FRA (Frankfurt) to DFW and only have 1 hour and 35 minutes for a layover before my flight for BOI (Boise). Is that enough time? Will I have to collect my bags and recheck them or will I collect my bags in Boise? I will be traveling alone with 2 young children and am worried about the very short connection. Thank you for your help!
Yes, you will have to claim your bags in Dallas, take them through customs, then re-check them. You have just enough time if everything goes perfectly.
I am disabled and have requested wheelchair. I am departing DFW for Frankfurt Terminal D. Where do I get wheelchair assistance
Arriving on AA at 1:45 need to pick up a checked bag and head to terminal E for a Delta flight that leaves at 4:20. IS that enough time to make it after baggage claim then to E to check bag for Delta flight.
thanks
That should be enough time if everything goes smoothly.
I'm moving back to the USA in a week and bringing five suitcases by myself. Are there luggage carts that I can use to transport my things through customs and to the recheck location?
I'm flying from OKC to DFW on AA arriving dallas at 3:13pm then Flying out of DFW at 5:15pm on Delta going to Venice, stops ATL,CDG. Will I have enough time to pick up my checked bag from AA baggage claim and then go to terminal E and check my bag with Delta before my Flight? any tips or help is appreciated
That will be difficult and is only possible if everything goes perfectly.
I arrive in DFW from Vancouver on an American Airlines flight then catch a Qantas plane on to Sydney Australia. Will I have to go through customs and immigration seeing I will be in transit? Will 1 hour 22 minutes be long enough to connect with my flight? Thank you
You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Vancouver. All you have to do in DFW is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate in Terminal D on the Skylink train. You have enough time.
Thank you Zap that is very useful information
Will I have to collect my luggage in dfw and recheck them going to Denver?
Yes, you will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, go through security and take the Skylink train to your departure gate.
We are arriving TO DFW on American Airlines FROM Calgary Canada. We have 1 hour to make our connecting flight to STL- will that be long enough? Will we have to go through customs?
You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Calgary. All you have to do in DFW is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. The Skylink train connects all terminals and gates inside security. You should have enough time.
We fly out of Sydney on Qantas to DFW, we have 86 mins to disembark go through customs and immigration and reboard our flight to Orlando. This is all on one ticket, our flight to Orlando was changed last month by my travel agent as the original dfw-orl flight was cancelled. She said American Airlines and Qantas have assured her it's enough time. I feel like it isn't. Is there a fast track process for people that are in this position?
That is less than the recommended minimum for an International to domestic connection at DFW. There is no fastrack for short connections at US Airports.
