You need to find out from United if they transfer bags to Southwest - if not, on arrival at Concourse B, you would have to claim your bag on arrival & re-check it in with Southwest at Terminal East. United uses Concourse B, Southwest uses Concourse A of the Jeppesen Terminal; the AGTS train will connect both Concourses in their center, in the secured area. United will not transfer your bag to Southwest. You will have to claim and recheck. If you are delayed you won't have enough time to do that. I suggest trying to fit your stuff into a carry on.

Denver airport is really easy to navigate - lots of moving sidewalks and a train between each concourse. You'll arrive at the end of B and need to get to the center to take the train to C. Probably won't take you longer than 20 minutes tops to get to your next gate.

Make sure to check in online and print your boarding pass for your Southwest flight before you leave! Also, don't plan on checking a bag with that transfer time as Great Lakes won't transfer to Southwest so you'd have to claim and then recheck, which I don't think you will have time to do.

If arriving & departing on domestic flights at DEN, your transfer time is sufficient. Southwest uses Concourse C (gates C29-39 & C40-49) for domestic flights.

As both Skywest & Great Lakes are US Airways affiliates, you should arrive and depart from the Jeppesen Terminal's Concourse B, which has gates west B15 to B37; gates east B38 to B60, branching into north gates B59 to B79, and south gates B80 to B95. At DEN you arrive and depart from the Jeppesen Terminal's Concourse A which has gates A24-39 & A40-68. You have enough time.

Southwest does not fly to DFW! They fly to Love Field, which is a different airport in Dallas. It is impossible to make a connection between the two airports in 50 minutes. You'll need to get either a flight on an airline that flies to DFW or change your Southwest flight to the day before and spend the night in a hotel.

On arrival at DEN, take the AGTS train (follow signs) to the Main Jeppesen Terminal, go to the departures level and check in at the AA desk. Then go through security check and take the undergound AGTS train to Concourse A - your AA connection - which has gats A24-39 & A40-68. You need to hurry.

US Airways does not have a very big operation in Denver, so your connection will be very short distance. However, based on the times of your flight, I suspect that the same aircraft will operate your PHX-DEN and DEN-CLT flights, so if that's the case you can't miss your connection!

Actually I just checked and they will not be operated by the same aircraft, but regardless, US Airways doesn't have many gates at DEN so it will be a very short walk between gates.

If you are a domestic arrival at DEN 75 mins is plenty of time for transfer. If you are an internationa arrival, you will need to spend between 35-50 mins through FIS & US Customs at north end of Terminal, at level 5 and thereafter re-check-in your bags before proceeding to your connecting gate. Beware: not all airlines transfer bags to the next departing airline - make sure yours does, otherwise you would have to re-check-in your bag with the next airline before proceeding to your gate. As YQR does not have US customs clearance, you need, on arrival at DEN, go through FIS & US Customs at the north end of the Main Terminal at Level 5, where they need to retrieve their checked bags, go through customs clearance and - if connecting to another flight, take the AGTS underground train to their departure gate area. Also, check with your first airline if it transfers your bags to the connecting airline (if different airlines used) - if not, you need to take your bag after customs clearance and re-check it in with your connecting airline before proceeding to your next flight. You may arrive at and depart from, either A gates 24-68, B gates B15-95, or C gates C28-50. Your boarding pass & the overhead screens will indicate flight numbers & gates. Hurry - not much time allowance for late arrival.

On arrival at Concourse C, walk towards the exit of the concourse, then walk over to Concourse B, wich has gates west B15 to B37; gates east B38 to B60, branching into north gates B59 to B79, and south gates B80 to B95. Sunday morning is usually not that crowded.

I am flying in on United, presumably to Concourse C. Two questions: 1. I can walk to Concourse B, or do I have to take the train? (which is faster?) 2. Is there a Security Check going into Concourse B? (Sorry- just trying to be clear)
