Hi, I'm flying into Denver from Vancouver and have about an hour to make a connection to Orlando. Is that the same area and do I have enough time? Thanks.

You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Vancouver. All you have to do in Denver is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. If both flights are on United they will both be on Concourse B.

    Thanks, very helpful.

Is 1 hour and 30 minutes enough time for an return international connection. Fly from narita to Denver to tulsa

Yes, that should be enough time. Immigration and Customs in Denver is usually quick.

  • Very tight window. Can I make it?

Im flying from Mexico City to Spokane. My connection time is just 30 mins. Is this enough time to clear immigration, customs, security and run to my gate? Or should I be making a back-up plan?

That connection is completely impossible. You need to either be rebooked or plan to be stuck in Denver for awhile.

I'm flying Skywest/united express from RDM to DEN to RIC with a 44 min connection in DEN. How close are the gates?

All United and United Express gates are on concourse B in Denver.

We are flying from Fargo, ND to Fresno, CA with a 37 minute layover in Denver on Tuesday. How do I find out which gate we need to be at ahead of time?

United.com or the United app will have your gates on the date of your trip. All United gates in Denver are on the B concourse and both the Fargo and Fresno flights should be at the end used for United Express flights.

  • Is 36 min enough time for connecting from IAH to FAT gate B36 to B73

Hi I booked via United and they sent an alert that I now have only 36 min to connect between flights from Houston to Fresno. How long should the time from B36 to B73 take. Would united offer another flight free if they cause a delay.

It is enough time if your flight from Houston is on-time. Yes, if your flight from Houston is late they will rebook you on the next available flight to Fresno (or possibly another Northern California airport if you would prefer).

    Thanks

  • 45 minute connection United Express

EUG to DEN to SGF on United Express, both late afternoon departures. Is 45 min connection time adequate to make the second flight? I recall these are both smaller planes, and I used to land out on the field and walk into the terminal. Thanks in advance.

All gates at DEN the plane pretty much pulls right up to the concourse. You have enough time as long as the flight from Eugene is on-time.

    Thanks for the information.

  • Connecting time and immigration

I am wondering if this connection time of 2 hours would be sufficient . I am carrying a Canadian Passport and would be connecting from Toronto to denver, then Denver to Tokyo Narita. WouldI need to cross customs twice at this airport?

You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Toronto and there is no US Customs when exiting the US. All you have to do in Denver is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have plenty of time.

I am arriving by air Canada and leaving by united to reno. How much time I need

An hour would be enough time. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate on A to your departure gate on B. The underground train connects all concourses inside security.

International arrivals would need to go through passport control/customs before transitioning to a domestic flight, unless there's a way to do this in Canada (I know this used to be possible at some airports). An hour might be tight depending on the lines.

All airports in Canada that have service to Denver, including Toronto, have US Immigration and Customs preclearance. All this passenger has to do in denver is go from their arrival gate to your departure gate.

When flying in from Denver air connections, do I have to go through security again and then get on my next flight? Is 55 minutes enough time to do that?

You need to go through security again in Denver. You need 2 hours between flights. http://www.sheridancountyairport.com/flight-info/security/

No, there is no need to go through security again in Denver. You can change between gates and concourses beyond security.

That is incorrect. Denver Air Connection arrivals are bussed to the main terminal because there is no TSA at Sheridan where the flight originates. Please read the link I attached in my first post.

Thank you, I already booked my flights according to your 2 hour suggestion:)

  • Two separate tickets with connection in Denver.

I purchase the tickets separately. Flying with Frontier from SLC to Denver, next from Denver to Cancun with a 1 hour 52 minute layover in Denver . Will my check in luggage be booked through to my final destination and I will not have to re-check it at Denver International Airport? Or it is better for me to get only Carry-on bags. Thanks in advance for your help.

Definitely only do carry-ons. Frontier doesn't check bags through to any other airlines or on two separate itineraries.

We are connecting in Denver, from UA flt from BWI to Skywest flt to Redmond, OR. Will the gates be close to each other?

All United and United Express gates are on Concourse B. You have enough time if your first flight is on-time.

In a previous post, you said that you would need 2 hours between flights to go through security. I am confused. I am flying from ND - Denver - Tokyo and I would like to know if I have to go through security again in Denver.. I have a 3 hour layover and am flying United

Hi, I have a 70 minute connection flight in Denver through united airlines, with checked luggage, will I be able to make my flight to Calgary? Where will I deal with immigration?

Yes,that is enough time. All you have to do in Denver is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate, both on Concourse B. You will go through Canadian immigration and customs when you get to Calgary.

Hi, and will I need to transfer my checked luggage? Last time I traveled to Canada I had to pick the luggage and drop it at another place. Thanks

No, you don't have to do anything with your baggage in Denver.
