I have a flight from Philadelphia to Denver on American and from Denver to Grand Junction on United - 1 1/2 hrs between flights. will my bags be checked all the way from Philadelphia to Grand junction?

Did you purchase two separate reservations or is everything on one reservation?

What level is the train on in concourse b for United at Denver international airport?

It is underground, so down if you are in Concourse B.

So, if i hop the train after getting off the plane, will it take me straight to the main terminal on level 5 for baggage claim? Or will it stop at concourse A first?

It will stop at Concourse A, then it will go to the main terminal and you will go up an escalator to the baggage claim.

Thank you so very much, you've been a great help!

I have to change flights coming on United from PHX->DEN to Lufthansa going to Frankfurt. Have a 1hr layover. Is that sufficient to change terminals?

Denver only has one terminal. You just need to change concourses on the underground train. You have enough time if the flight from Phoenix is on-time.

Will this be sufficient even if I have to get new boarding passes for Lufthansa at Denver, as my first leg is through United?

United should be able to issue both boarding passes. If for some odd reason they can't you can get your Lufthansa boarding pass at the Lufthansa gate in Denver.

Hello, Travelling through Denver from Houston to Edmonton. There is only a 37 minute connection time. Is this possible if there are no delays from Houston?

Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do in Denver is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.

Flying from HNL and connecting to AUS on United. Is a 60-minute connection adequate? Are both flights out of the same terminal?

You will likely arrive in Terminal E and depart from Terminal B or C, but all you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time if the flight from Honolulu is on-time.

Sorry, I thought for some reason that this connection was in Houston. Denver only has one Terminal. Both flights will be in concourse B. You should have plenty of time.

we are flying into Denver from Spokane then only have a 57 minute layover flying to Cancun. Is that enough time to use the bathroom and possibly eat? I'm very nervous since most flights board really early. both are United flights

It's probably enough time to use the bathroom but maybe not enough time to Eat. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.

I have a 50 Minute Layover in DEN. CMH-DEN-YVR (Vancouver). I'm worried I won't have enough time. All are booked with UA. Do I have to go through Security/Check In? (First time flying)

All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.

Arriving united at concourse b. Changing to concourse a for Lufthansa. Will I need to go through security with my elderly mother in a wheelchair ?

No. Changing between concourses won't require you to go through security.

    Thank you.

Me and 8 others have a flight arriving at 9pm April 5 through Southwest and we have to change to a different southwest flight that is going to leave at 9:35. Are we going to be okay, and will all our checked bags be able to be transferred over in time to our new flight?

If the first flight is on-time you should have just enough time.

I'm flying in to Denver from Santa Ana with SouthWest, arriving 13.35, We are then flying out with United to London Heathrow leaving 15.45. Is this enough time?

That should be enough time if the first flight is on-time.

Also, United doesn't fly from Denver to London, so you must be flying somewhere else first.

Thanks. You are right, we are flying via Dulles. I was a bit worried about getting our checked baggage off the SouthWest flight in time to check in....and yes, it will only work if the flight is on time!

  • precise instructions for non english speaking elderly

My elderly aunt will be flying for the first time overseas. She does not speak english. I am trying to find a way to give her exact instruction as to how to recheck baggage and how to get to the next gate. She will be arriving in Denver from Frankfurt March 8, 3:40pm. Her departure will be from Denver to San Antonio TX at 5:49pm. I am able to translate info to her, just need the instructions.

You will arrive in Concourse A and follow a big pedestrian bridge to the main terminal where you will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, and then there will be a desk right after where you can drop off your bags (they should already be tagged to SAT). Then you will follow signs to Security and then take the Underground train to your departure gate, which will probably be in Concourse B but could be in Concourse A. This assumes that the Denver-San Antonio flight is operated by United and all tickets are on one reservation.
