I have 1h06m to connect flights from B14 to B88, almost the whole span of concourse B. Is this too risky? Not very famliar with Denver Airport and the maps don't show what kind of people movers are used in Concourse B. thanks
The Southwest flight comes in to DEN at 3:25pm. My Denver Connection flight to Sheridan leaves at 7:12pm. The Southwest flight has been delayed twice and I'm anxious in case it's delayed further. What's the latest I can arrive in DEN to transfer to the Denver Connection flight?
As long as you arrive in Denver by 5:50 PM you should be fine.
Coming into DEN on a Southwest flight (allegedly) arriving at 3:25pm. My Denver Connection flight to Sheridan WY leaves at 7:12pm. The Southwest flight has been delayed twice since the original scheduled departure time. What's the latest I can get into DEN for the Denver Connection flight?
Flying into DEN on UX with 1 hour connection on UA to LAX. Not concerned with my getting to the plane, but I've read horror stories about baggage handling. I can't risk delayed baggage as we're going to China from LAX.
The baggage handling issues have been sorted out for quite awhile. It was just a week or two that were bad due to a transition to a new contractor.
HI again! Ok just seeing what y'all think about a flight connection SFO -DEN -YYC on 17 December .. Its all with United.. and in the same question I previously checked on a flight from syd-sfo -yyc arriving at sfo at 1230pm depart to yyc at 1410 and you said not enough time -- will the 15:08 one be ok? Or should I just deal with the layover in SFO and take the 18:45 one .. Thank you soo much for your help! Very much appreciated!!
Yes, that is enough time. There is no US Customs when leaving the US so all you have to do in Denver is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly! Do you think I will make the SFO -DEN section of coming from SYD and arriving at 1230? Flight leaves at 15:08 - getting through customs etc at that time at xmas time?
That should be just enough time if everything goes smoothly.
We will be arriving from Cancun into Denver with a 2 hour layover before our next flight to Newark. Both flights are on United. I have a few questions. 1. Do we have to clear customs at Denver or can we wait till we reach our final destination... Newark. 2. What terminal do united flights from mexico arrive into Denver and are international and domestic united flights on the same terminal. 3. If we purchase duty free liquids at Cancun, can we bring them all the way to Newark, or would we need to check them in. I will be checking 2 bags from Cancun to Newark... Not sure if we will need to retrieve our luggage at Denver or will it be sent to our final destination of Newark. We have 2 hours between flights. Do we have enough time to make the connection between an international arrival and a domestic departure.
Yes, in Denver you will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, go through security and to your departure gate. You will have to put your liquids into your checked baggage in Denver before you re-check your bags as you won't be able to bring it through security. You should have enough time.
I am flying into Denver from Durango on United then Denver to Cancun, same airline. The DRO-DEN flight is very small and I will need to check my carry on at the door. Will I have time to reclaim it on the tarmac and make my connecting flight to CUN with a 55 min. Layover?
Yes, that should be enough time if the flight from Durango is on-time.
My mother-in-law is flying to Denver on Friday and will be making a connection to Nebraska. She has cancer/dementia and is confused/stressed easily. Does the airport have staff that can help her get to her connection? No need to stay with her, just get her to the gate.
You or she can request wheelchair service by calling her airline.
