I'm going to vegas in March. On flight 0287 with 40 min lay over in DEN. .I'm worried that luggage wont make onto next flight 0769. is these two flight the same plane? should I do carry on?

What airline are you flying? It's unlikely the two flights would be the same plane.

If there is a connecting flight, only 40 mins to change planes, what are the chances my luggage makes it on the next flight?

    frontier

Yes, that should be enough time. All Frontier flights are located quite near each other.

Is expressjet united in the same concourse as united airlines

Yes, all United and United Express flights are on the B concourse.

Is a 40 minute turnaround enough time in Denver given that we probably need to travel to the international terminal when we arrive?

Denver does not have an International Terminal. If you are flying United for both flights you just have to walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate, both on concourse B. You have enough time if your first flight is on-time.

I have 37 minutes to get froma United flight (I assume arriving at a B gate) and and Air Canada flight departing from I assume an A gate. I have no checked luggage. Will I have enough time?

Yes, that's enough time if your first flight is on-time and you hurry.

  • 40 minutes in Denver doable? CPR - DEN - ORD

I am about to book a flight from Casper to D├╝sseldorf, with stops in Denver and Chigaco. The stop in Chigaco takes 3 hours, so I'm not so worried about that, however, I only have 40 minutes in Denver. All flights are with the same airline (United Airlines). Will my bags be going straight to D├╝sseldorf? And will 40 minutes be enough time in Denver for a(n inexperienced) traveller to switch planes? It's either 40 minutes or nearly 4 hours, so if 40 minutes is easily doable, I'd like to take that option.

Yes, your bags will be checked straight through to DUS and you won't have to touch them until you get there. In Denver all you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. Both are on concourse B. You have enough time if your flight to Denver arrives on-time.

How about when I go from Dusseldorf - Frankfurt - Denver - Casper. Would my bags go straight to Casper, or would I have to get them and check them in again at Denver because of that being my first stop in the USA?

Yes, in Denver on your return you will have to claim them , go through US Customs, then re-check them at the transfer desk, then go through security and to your departure gate in the B concourse.

Thank you very much for your quick responses! Your help is much appreciated :).

Trying to determine if a flight I want to purchase gives enough connection time and terminals aren't identified. I'd like to fly in to Denver on United Flight 6507 Apr 14, 2015 arriving at 7:01 PM and 47 min later leave on the 7:48 PM UA1683. Is that the same terminal? Would there be any difficulty making this flight even if it arrived a little late? What are the odds on United Flights coming in late?

Denver only has one terminal. All United and United Express flights are on the same concourse. If the flight is on-time that's an easy connection.

I'm dropping a puppy off at the baggage claim area for the new owners and I have an option to choose a flght that leaves 56 minutes after my arrival flight. Is that enough time to go to baggage claim, give the puppy to a new owner (no chit chat), go back through security (carrying a purse only) and make my flight?

No, that's not really enough time.

I have a 53 min connection time. I have to get from gate A43 to gate B38. I arrive at gate A43 with Air Canada from YYZ and leave at B38 on United to OGG. All my flights were booked through United.

Yes, that should be enough time. You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Toronto. In Denver all you have to do is take the underground train from A to B and walk to your gate.

  • 1hr air canada to delta with bags

I had a schedule change which now only gives me 1 hour between flights. I have to check a bag and change airlines (air Canada-Delta) is this possible? YYZ-DEN; DEN-SLC

Did you purchase the tickets separately or together. If separately they won't transfer your bags to Delta and you will need to claim them and re-check them. 1 hour is not enough time to do that. Since it was an involuntary schedule change, you need to call the airline with the schedule change and ask for a different flight if that's the case. They should provide it without a change fee. If you purchased tickets together and your bags are tagged through to SLC it should be enough time.

  • Toronto to Denver Connection 56 Minutes

I am flying from Toronto (Air Canada) to Denver (United) to Maui. I have 56 minutes to get from the Air Canada gate in Denver to the United gate from departure to Maui. I realize I clear US customs in Toronto. I have a NEXUS card to help speed things up. Do I have to go through security (Customs was done in Toronto) again in Denver as I see this as a potential choke/delay point? What are my chances of making the Denver - Maui flight with only 56 minutes to get from one airline gate (Air Canada) to another (United). Thanks for your help..

All you have to do in Denver is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes.

Do I need to go through security again in Denver. I find security eats up a lot of time especially at busy airports... thanks

No, you do not have to go through security in Denver.

  • Connection time in Denver for Toronto to Orange County trip

My mother is travelling from Toronto via Denver to Orange County (John Wayne) with a connection time of 55 minutes on Dec. 21. Is this connection time long enough? Here flights are with Air Canada and United. She walks slowly due to a knee condition. Any information about arrival and departure terminals would be welcome as well. Thank you!

If both her flights are on United they will both be on the B concourse. She has plenty of time.

Hi, I fly from Calgary to Detroit with a 1 hour layover in Denver. Is that enough time (if my flight is on time) or do I have to go through customs which could possibly make me miss my connection?

As YYC offers US Customs Clearance & US Transfer baggage, one hr transfer is sufficient. For more airport information, I suggest you open www.ifly.com/den, click on 'Terminal Map' under QUICK LINKS and scroll down to the detailed text.

Calgary has US Immigration and Customs preclearance so all you have to do in Denver is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate.

I have a half hour connection time in Denver. Both flights are the smaller crj 700 aircraft. Will we have a problem with the connection?

That should be enough time if your first flight is on-time, but obviously doesn't leave much time to spare.

Hi! Flying out tomorrow, Tuc-Den-Nrt via United. We only have 1 hour layover in Denver, both our gates, arrival and departure, is in B gates. We are wondering where if we we need to pass thru immigration in Denver and if 1 hour will be sufficient given that we have checked in bags. Thank you so much in advance for the response.

No, you do not go through US Immigration when leaving the US. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have plenty of time.

    Thank you so much!
