  • International flight layover
    Nov 26, 2013
I am flying from Regina sk Canada to San Jose Costa Rica with a 1hr11min lay over in Denver. Will this be enough time to clear customs and make my flight?

Yes, but you will have to hurry. You will arrive in the A concourse and then follow escalators to the upper level of the pedestrian bridge to the main terminal. There you will go through US immigration, claim your baggage and clear customs. You can then re-check your bags and take the underground train to concourse A if you are on the nonstop flight to SJO on Frontier or Concourse B if you're connecting in Houston to take United. It's a pretty tight connection but you should be OK if your first flight is on-time. However, if you miss your connection I don't know how you'll get to San Jose because Frontier only flies from Denver to San Jose a few times a week.

  • immigration and connection time
    Nov 23, 2013
I'm looking at flying United from Regina to San Antonio with connectiion in Denver - just wondering how much time is needed in Denver to clear US immigration and make connection

Probably about 60-90 minutes is enough connection time. There aren't many International flights at Denver so it probably shouldn't take too long.

  • Flying from Edmonton, Canada, connecting through Denver, to San Jose
    Nov 12, 2013
I'm a NZ passport holder. I'll fly from Edmonton, Canada to San Jose by United with a connection through Denver. I only have 45 min connection time. Will I need to go through US customs at Denver? Or do I need to recheck my bag again?

You will pre-clear US immigration in Edmonton. Your arrival in Denver will be like a domestic flight so there you will just have to go from gate to gate, which will both be on the same concourse.

  • 25 min layover
    Nov 7, 2013
flying in on United from Honolulu at 8:44AM and need to take SW flight to Phoenix at 9:10. Is 25 mins enough to get on SW flight?? I think i need to get from Terminal B to Terminal C... THX!'

forgot to mention i will have no luggage

You will have to change concourses. I really don't think that's enough time. You will absolutely have to check-in online for your Southwest flight and print out your boarding pass before you leave Honolulu if you want to have any chance of making that connection. If there are any delays on your Honolulu flight, you will miss the connection.

Also, yes, you will arrive in B and depart from C. They are connected inside security by an underground train.

  • Flying from Calgary, Canada, connecting through Denver to Newark
    Nov 6, 2013
Hi I have a quick questions. I am a Uk passport holder and I am flying from Canada - Calgary to Newark, with a connection through Denver. I have 1 hour 35 mins connection time. Will I go through customs at Calgary? Or will I need to do it when I get to Denver? Will an hour and a half be enough time to make this connection? Will I also have to recheck my bag? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

You will pre-clear US immigration in Calgary. Your arrival in Denver will be like a domestic flight. You won't have to do anything with your bag in Denver. Assuming both flights are on United, they will all be on the same concourse.

  • 36 min layover
    Oct 23, 2013
I'm flying on United on November 27 from Santa Barbara to Minot and have a 36 minute layover in Denver. Is this do-able?

Yes if your first flight is on-time. Both of your flights will be in the B-concourse on the high numbered end and may be very close together.

  • Frontier ATL to SFO via Denver
    Oct 7, 2013
Hi. I am flying from ATL to SFO via Denver and only have 30mins for layover on Frontier both legs. Will this be enough time ? Would this be the same gate or plane ?

Both flights will be in the same concourse. The Frontier operation at DEN is fairly compact.

  • where are you located in Denver north side or south side
    Oct 6, 2013
    We are headed to codt

Are you flying to Cody, Wyoming? If so you are flying United Express and check in at West Ticketing. Your flight will depart from the high numbered end of concourse B.

  • Finding train to concourse b

It's fairly obvious and well signed once he gets through security.

  • 50 minute to make connecting flight, both Frontier
    Oct 3, 2013
will there be enough time for me to go from one frontier flight to another with 51 minutes between?

If your first flight is on-time you'll have plenty of time. All Frontier flights are on the same concourse fairly close together.

  • help with son making a tight connection
    Sep 22, 2013
Our son is heading out to outward bound, he hasn't flown a lot before and on the way home he has 35 to make a connection between a Republic flight and United. They are both run by United so will he be able to check his bags thru? Also, terminal for these flights are not yet available. Is this connection possible???? Appreciate any and all help. He's 20 but ADHD with anxiety.

Yes, his bags will be checked through. All United and United Express flights are on the same concourse. If his first flight is on-time he will have enough time but he'll have to hurry. Unfortunately the Republic-operated United Express flights in and out of DEN are frequently delayed, so he should know when the next flight to his final destination is and be prepared to try to get on it if he is late getting into Denver.

  • Time between gates
    Sep 12, 2013
Best fastest time C31 to A48 with person in wheelchair 35 min. layover

You should contact your airline ahead of departure date that you need transfer assistance. Concourses C & A are served by the AGTS train underground (which may require to taking the escalator down to the train station), making its continuous round between Main Terminal and Concourses and stopping in the center of each Concourse. You arrive at gate area C28-C39 where you need to follow train sign and board; and after arrival at Concourse A head for gate area A40-68.

If you've requested wheelchair service from your airline they will take you on the fastest route. It shouldn't take more than 15-20 minutes.

  • How do I get to concourse B
    Sep 7, 2013
I'm trying to get to concource B gate B29 where should I get dropped off?

You can get dropped off anywhere in the main terminal if you already have your boarding pass and have no checked bags. You need to get dropped off at United if you need your boarding pass or need to check a bag. You get to concourse B via an underground train.

So if you're in B then both flights are on United? Yes, you should have enough time. Everything will be on the same concourse.
