I am proposing to arrive in DTW from TPA on DL 2192 arriving 1119A and connect to DL 95 to Nayoya Japan at 1210P. Is this enough time? Will this involve a change of terminals?
Both flights are on concourse A of the McNamara Terminal. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.
I'm flying from Chicago to Detroit (DTW) where I have a 58m layover before my next flight leaves for Tokyo. Is that enough time between flights?
What airlines are you flying?
Delta from MDW to DTW to NRT!
Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate, both in the McNamara Terminal.
Thanks so much!
I have a six hour layover with flight leaving from North Terminal can I use the Delta Lounge in McNamara before my flight?
No, you can't.
Hi, Im going from PHX-DTW-YYZ I only have an 1h 10min connection time at DTW all flights are with Delta is that enough time? and do i need to go through customs?

Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate. There is no US customs when leaving the US. You go through Canadian Immigration and Customs in Toronto.
I'm flying in with Delta from Amsterdam at 2 p.m. and have a flight to Tampa at 3:37 p.m. also with Delta. Is this enough time for me to make my connection?
That is just enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Flying from DTW to DEN on United this Friday, 12/23 - flight leaves at 4:40pm. About how much time will it take to check a bag? (Thinking of taking the Michigan Flyer to the airport but the only time I can book is to arrive at 3:20 - not sure if that is enough time)
I'm departing Korea to final destination, Baltimore, connecting via DTW. Based on other posts, I understand I need to claim my checked-in baggage, go through immigration & customs, then check my bags at "re-check" desk... Is this process and re-check desk all where the gates are? That is, I don't have to exit the gate area to claim my bags. just wondering if this "re-check" process is simpler or I need to exit the gate area entirely and check my bags again as if I'm doing that for first time.
No, the process takes place at the base of the terminal. You will exit the gate area entirely. The re-check desk will be right after you exit customs, on the lower level, you will then go up to the upper level to go through security and to your departure gate.
I have a flight from Edinburgh, Scotland to Houston with a 1:20 layover in AMS. Is this enough time? I am guessing I need to go through immigration, customs, etc?
All you have to do in AMS is go through US Security questions and to your departure gate. Since you are not entering the Schengen Area you do not have to go through Immigration in Amsterdam.
I am connecting from GRU-DTW- MIA both with Delta . Where are located the levels and concourses of mine Imigration/CPB booths, luggage claimand TSA screening checks and re-checks ?
Everything will be in the McNamara Terminal and is quite intuitive. You just follow the signs. You will both arrive and depart from the A concourse.
I guess it is very hard to schedule construction at DTW terminal, why would someone schedule construction at the arrival gates on one of the busiest holidays on labor day weekend
Labor day is not one of the busiest holidays.
