I am flying into DTW Gate A33 (Delta) tomorrow morning - scheduled to arrive at 6:40am. I have a connection at Gate A75 (Also Delta) scheduled to leave at 7:10. That's only 30 minutes. Is this enough time?
Yes, that's possible if the first flight is on-time.
I am flying from Orlando to Las Vegas, connecting in Detroit. The connection time is 30 mins. We are flying with Spirit airlines and will have a checked bag. Do we need to collect and re check bag? Is 30 minutes completely unrealistic?
You do not have to claim and re-check your bag if both flights are on the same reservation. The connection is possible if the flight from Orlando is on-time.
I have a 56m layover at DTW.Coming from Nashville ,going to Japan. All are Delta flights.Where do i do immigration and is there enough time ?
There is no US Immigration when leaving the US. You will go through Japanese Immigration in Japan. You have enough time. All you have to do in Detroit is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
Where is the shuttle connection to take me from the North Terminal to the McNamara Terminal?
On the lower level of each, I don't know exactly where it picks up in the North Terminal but there should be a sign saying "shuttle to McNamara Terminal". It drops off by the car rental shuttles in the McNamara Terminal. Be sure to leave plenty of time as the shuttle does not run frequently.
Flying from SDF to JFK with a 1-hour layover in Detroit. I think this is enough time, but I want to confirm before I book. I have an international flight leaving from JFK several hours later, but it is ticketed separately and I don't want to risk missing that flight.
Yes, that is enough time for your connection in Detroit (assuming both flights are on Delta).
