I am flying into DTW from Montreal which has the passport precheck and flying domestic to San Antonio, Texas (SAT). The problem is I only have a 45 minute layover. Will this be enough time assuming the first flight is on time?
Yes, that is enough time if the first flight is on-time.
I am a returning study abroad student and I will be flying into DTW from CGD Paris. I have a 1.5 hour layover before my flight to CGV. Is this enough time to go through customs and make it to my next flight? Will I have to retrieve and re-check my bags?
You will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, go through security and to your departure gate. You should have enough time.
That is correct - however, what is "CGV"? CGV is the code for Caiguna, Australia, surely you aren't flying there.
I have never been on an international connection flight before and was wondering what do I have to do when arriving in DTW terminal M from Amsterdam connection for Madison WI. My connection flight is same airline and same terminal
You will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, go through security and to your departure gate.
we'll be traveling from paris to dc with layover of 2 hrs at DTW on Nov 21. We will be arriving at DTW at 6:35pm and depart for DC at 8:30pm. Is that enough time t oget through customs, immigration and get our luggage? thanks
I'm arriving on a Delta flight from London with a 1:22 layover before my Delta flight to Omaha. Is this enough time to complete customs, baggage and catch our next flight? (2 adults and 2 small children)
It's just enough time if everything goes perfectly.
