Guest Services at Dublin DUB Airport
Customer Service Assistants
CRAs can be found throughout the terminal building. Dressed in pink polo shirts they assist passengers on their way through the terminal building and help airlines and handling agents with their check-in management. CRAs also provide advice on the EU Security Regulations concerning liquids and assist in managing passenger security screening queues when required.
Left Luggage
A left luggage facility for short- and long-term storage is available in the Car Park Atrium, directly across the road from the Terminal. Open 6am-11pm; rates vary by size of luggage.
E-Toll
Electronic tolling allows motorists to use electronic tolling lanes. It uses a small electronic tag placed in the vehicle and detected each time the vehicle passes through the plaza. The toll is then debited to the customers account. The electronic tolling system will automatically recognize the correct toll for the class of vehicle you are driving.
There is an E-Toll Kiosk in Arrivals, the Hughes & Hughes bookshop, and at the Greencaps Kiosk in the Car Park Atrium.
Phone Credit
There is a Vodaphone shop in the Arrivals Hall and various phone credit machines are located around the Terminal. The Kiosk shop and Wrights Food Emporium also sell phone credit for all the major phone companies.
Meeting Point
Location: Lower Level Arrivals, near Information Desk in the Arrivals Hall.
Inform the person(s) meeting you of: your flight number, the airport you departed from and the time and date of your flight, and make them aware of the additional time you will need for customs, baggage claim, etc, which depend on where you are coming from.

(a) Flight Greeting:
The VIP Service will give your guests personalized and priority treatment while using Dublin Airport.

The Anna Livia Departure Lounge is convenient to the A, B and C departure Piers. Access is via the stairs or the lift beside the Wrights of Howth Shop in the direction of the C Boarding Gates. As it also contains a business center, details about this lounge are stated under "Business Services".

International Travelers at Dublin DUB Airport

(a) If your journey was entirely within the EU, use the blue channel after reclaiming your baggage. Customs officers will monitor this area and may do checks.
(b) If you have something to declare to Customs, you should go to the red point.
Non-EU Arrivals
After reclaiming your baggage, you need to clear customs. Duty and tax-free allowances are indicated within the Customs Hall.
(a) Use the red point to declare goods in excess of the allowance and commercial goods.
(b)Use the green channel if you have nothing to declare in excess of the allowance. Do not use the blue channel.
(c) If in doubt, use the red point.

Mail Center / U.S. Post Office at Dublin DUB Airport
The Postal Service Center is located in the Departures Hall, beyond the check-in Area 8, adjacent to the oversize baggage area.
The Postal Service Center is a self-service kiosk offering customers a one-stop shop for some standard service postal requirements. Its touch screen allows a customer to buy one or multiple franking labels, weigh items, select a destination (national or international) and post items. It accepts coins, notes and credit / debit cards as payment.
The Postal Service Center is easy to use to post items before boarding your flight. Simply follow the three simple steps as outlined below:
Step1 - Choose your language and then weigh the item.
Step2 - Select national or international and buy the stamps with coins or notes.
Step3 - Insert it into the open slot.
A postbox is placed beside each Postal Service Center and mail is collected on a daily basis.

Pets / Animals at Dublin DUB Airport
Pets are not allowed at Dublin Airport, unless they are working dogs and are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to their requirements. For overseas destinations, contact the embassy of your destination country as to their requirements and your vet regarding mandated shots, etc.
