The Corridor Concierge/Information desk across from the hotel shuttle phones has trained staff available to answer any questions you may have concerning the airport. It also offers a large collection of brochures and pamphlets about the Eastern Iowa region. Open from 8am - 10pm.
Telephones with computer hook-up capability and a phone with TTD capability for the hearing impaired is available. The information desk can help you.
Change Machines located in the game arcade provide coins.
Airport Police, Fire and Safety officers are located at an office in the terminal across the baggage claim area.
