• OMA Airport Overview
  Eppley Airfield (OMA), located four miles northeast of downtown Omaha, is Nebraska’s largest airport and gateway to the friendly Midwest. Nine major airlines including Midwest Airlines, Southwest, American, Delta, United and Continental operate at the airport offering nonstop service to 16 U.S. destinations. Omaha OMA airport consists of a two-level main terminal connecting to north and south concourses. Ticketing and baggage claim are on the lower terminal level and access to the gates and food courts are on the upper level. Passenger traffic at Eppley airport doubled in the ‘90s, so the airport has undertaken several airport and roadway improvement projects to better accommodate this rapid growth.

• Baggage Carts / Skycap
  Baggage claim is located on the lower level of the passenger terminal, with both a north and south carousel. Skycap service is available throughout the airport.
  
  

• Banking / ATM Services
  Branch bank with two 24-hour ATMs and currency exchange.
  
  

• Business Services
  Automated business service center and laptop workstations with high speed internet access. They are located in the upper level of the passenger terminal.
  
  

• Concourses
  There is an upper and lower main passenger terminal with two Concourses B (North), and A (South).
  
  

• Emergency / Medical Services
  There is a police office, located on the lower level of the passenger terminal near gate 21. Otherwise contact Airport Information at (402) 661-8017.
  
  

• Flight Information Monitors
  Flight Information monitors are located throughout the terminal and concourses.
  
  

• Internet Access
  Laptop workstations with high speed internet access are available in the business center.
  
  

• Lost & Found

• Mail Center / U.S. Post Office
  There is a twenty-four hour postal facility located in the passenger terminal.
  
  

• Main Terminal / Concourses
  There is an upper and lower main passenger terminal with two Concourses B (North), and A (South).
  
  

• Meeting / Conference Rooms
  There is a meeting and conference room in the upper level of the passenger terminal.
  
  

• People With Special Needs / Persons With Disabilities
  Helpful Hints for Handicapped Travelers Needing Assistance:
  • Prior to your trip, contact your airline and indicate that you will need assistance.
  
  •In Eppley’s parking garage, handicap parking stalls are on each floor, both on thenorth end and the south end, next to the elevator lobbies.
  
  •The Surface parking lot and the North and South Long-term Economy parking lots also have handicap parking stalls near the exit and next to the shuttle bus waiting shelters, respectively.
  
  •The North and South Long-term Economy parking lot shuttle busses are also equipped with mechanical wheelchair lifts. Call AMPCO Airport System Parking at 402-346-2466 for inquiries or requests for assistance.
  
  •For security reasons, motorists are not allowed to park or wait in their vehicles on Eppley’s terminal front drive except to briefly load and upload passengers. During the process, the driver MUST remain with the vehicle.
  
  • For additional handicap information and wheelchair assistance, we suggest that you contact our airlines’ skycap service, Prime Flight Aviation Services in advance of your arrival at 402-341-8176, regarding the services that are available once you arrive at Eppley Airfield.
  
  • Uniformed police officers are available along the terminal front drive to assist you in locating a skycap or a parking area once you arrive.

• Restrooms
  Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the terminal and concourses.
