    I'm going to be visiting Buenos Aires soon and I'm grateful that you posted where the atm machines were located. What is the service fee for getting a cash withdrawal? Does it put out the American dollar, or pesos?

    don't change $ at the airport. If you MUST, get only enough pesos for taxi to destination in city. Then use ATMs in the city. Or banks, must have passport. Only accept taxi from official stand (oval shaped) in main terminal. Prepay, tip modestly.
